Both the 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 and 2022 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss have a lot to offer when it comes to off-roading prowess. However, for some customers, infotainment features could make or break the case for either vehicle. As such, GM Authority is now taking a closer look at the infotainment differences between the 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 and 2022 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss.
For this comparison, we’re taking a look at both Silverado Trail Boss trim levels, including the 2022 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss, and the 2022 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss, as the features offered by both vehicles differ.
So, how do the infotainment features compare? For starters, all three models are equipped as standard with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as OnStar and Connected Services with a three-year subscription. From there, however, the feature list begins to diverge.
For example, the two Silverado Trail Boss trims are equipped as standard with a six-speaker audio system, while the 2022 GMC Sierra is equipped as standard with a Bose seven-speaker sound system, which is optional for the Silverado LT Trail Boss.
The Silverado Custom Trail Boss is also equipped as standard with a 7-inch touchscreen, while a 13.4-inch touchscreen with built-in Google apps is standard on the 2022 GMC Sierra AT4 and 2022 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss.
