General Motors has implemented minor price changes for the 2022 Chevy Blazer lineup, with some trim levels becoming less expensive and others rising in price.
Starting in 2022, the Chevy Blazer 2LT with front-wheel drive and the turbocharged 2.0L LSY gasoline engine is priced from $34,595, same as its 2021 model-year equivalent. Priced at $37,295, the 2LT AWD variant received an increase of $700, or 1.91 percent, from the 2021 model year. This rise in price is due to the fact that the Trailering Package (RPO code V92), now comes standard on all Blazer AWD configurations.
Similarly, the 2022 Chevy Blazer 3LT AWD with the turbocharged 2.0L LSY gasoline engine is $700 more expensive than before. Just as with the 2LT trim, this price change is related to the presence of the Trailering Package that was previously optional in 2021.

Meanwhile, the Blazer Premier with the 2.0L LSY engine and all-wheel drive is $900 cheaper, while the same model with the 3.6L LGX V6 and all-wheel drive is $1,550 cheaper.
As we pointed out in a previous article, the 2022 Chevy Blazer Premier has a lower starting price over the 2021 model as the equipment found in the Enhanced Convenience Package (RPO ZL8) is now optional.
The Chevy Blazer has received quite a few changes and updates for the new 2022 model year, including the deletion of the cargo area rail system. The 2022 Blazer also loses the base-level L and second-tier 1LT trim levels, which were available exclusively with the naturally aspirated 2.5L I4 LCV gasoline engine. This base-level engine option has also been removed from the vehicle’s order books for 2022.

A little surprised it is so low. Given the current inflation numbers of 7%, they are pretty reasonable. I guess the main thing done was to drop the lowest margin trims.
EV info!
Now they just need to put the leather wheel and shifter back on the 2LT base version like it was on the cheaper L and 1LT versions for 2020! It is utterly ridiculous that for nearly 40K the AWD versions with a V6 in base 2LT trim lack this!
