Chevy Silverado HD Discount Limited To $250 In December 2021

During December 2021, a Chevy Silverado HD discount offers are pretty slim, amounting to only $250 on select trim levels and configurations, while lease options are available in various markets. The lack of cash rebates can obviously be attributed to the lack of vehicle inventory on dealer lots, caused by the ongoing microchip shortage that was created by the global COVID-19 pandemic.
While there are no significant leasing incentives this month for the heavy-duty pickup, we found some lease examples through the online configurator for the 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500HD, 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500HD, and 2022 Chevy Silverado HD models.

For those who may not be familiar with the product line, an all-new fourth generation for the Chevrolet Silverado HD was introduced for the 2020 model year, including both 2500HD and 3500HD models. The latest Silverado HD is wider, taller, and longer than the previous model year. Engine options include the 6.6L V8 L8T gas unit, and the 6.6L V8 L5P turbodiesel Duramax unit.
For the 2021 model year, the heavy-duty pickup truck saw various changes and updates, including revised interior seating availability, the addition of E85 fuel capability, a new Carhartt Special Edition, and more (see 2021 Chevrolet Silverado HD changes). And now, for the 2022 model year, Silverado HD changes include a small amount of very minor revisions to equipment availability (see 2022 Chevrolet Silverado HD changes).
