my wife has been waiting months ( since June ) for her RS Blazer to be built. Funny how they are offering deals on vehicles that are no where to be found!! looks like we are not going to get for a while to get the $1750 off plus the $1000 costco auto program for the Blazer expires on Jan 3rd also. Not looking good. hopefully things turn around soon with the supply issue & chip shortage. She gonna be pissed if my new Vette comes in before her Blazer both cars ordered the same time.
If it is a sold retail order and not a lease, your dealer should be able to lock in the incentives by contacting the GM Dealer Business Center and opening a case number. These things are being built and delivered to the dealers currently, you may even be able to find a unit that is already inbound. If you have not applied for your Costco rebate I would do that now so you have it.
Thank you for reminding people that every vehicle that rolls-off of the assembly line represents a booked order and thus a profit. I worked in two of GM’s assembly plants and it was something to see personnel move Heaven and Earth to correct an issue when the line would stop for any unscheduled reason.
waiting on allocation for CT. RS blazer only at 33% with no RS allocation for this past week for the whole country!! & 65% for a regular blazer for this past week! their has been only 1 nitro yellow RS built for one dealer in CT so far as a sold order also. ours is a sold order in hot red. I will pay my dealer a visit tomorrow to contact dealer business center & call costco again about the rebate. we talked to costco the other day and was told we would have to take delivery by jan 3rd or no rebate. Their is only 4 red RS blazers in the 100 mile search but none the way we ordered ours like the moon roof with black top plus other options as well. some of the stuff we can just get thru gm accessories so thats not a big deal. she wants what she wants not like we can add the panoramic moon roof on later. anyway thanks for the info. hopfully i can get some answers tomorrow from my dealership
Just like Doug DeMuro said, only sells with discounts…
Shift to park issue comes FREE.
I guess I am a little surprised . Recently a local Chevy dealer was charging sticker price + $2,000 for the Blazers he had in stock.
There are very few to none to be found on dealer’s lots in the Dallas area. If you order one you might never get it .
