2022 Cadillac CT5 And Cadillac CT5-V Configurators Now Live

The online configurator tool for the 2022 Cadillac CT5 and 2022 Cadillac CT5-V went live on the American luxury brand’s website this week, allowing users to build their own version of the luxury sedan and view a complete pricing summary.

Just as with every other online configurator tool from General Motors, the Cadillac CT5’s allows the user to choose their preferred trim level, exterior color, interior upholstery color and their desired options and accessories. This goes for both the regular 2022 Cadillac CT5 configurator, as well as the 2022 Cadillac CT5-V and CT5-V Blackwing configurator, both of which are now live on Cadillac.com.

GM applied minor changes to the Cadillac CT5 for the 2022 model year. For starters, the luxury sedan will drop three of the paint colors that were offered for the 2021MY, including Velocity Red, Evergreen Metallic, and Dark Blue Moon Metallic. These colors have been replaced by three new hues in the way of Blaze Orange Metallic, Electric Blue and Dark Emerald Frost. The 2022 Cadillac CT5 introduces a new Onyx Package as well, which adds gloss black wheels and various black exterior trim pieces, along with a new Radiant Package that gives the car additional bright exterior chrome. Other small changes include the addition of standard wireless phone charging and more standard active safety features.

The Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing ultra-performance model was also added to the CT5 lineup for the 2022 model year, which features a supercharged 6.2L LT4 V8 engine rated at 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque, along with unique front and rear fascia treatments, upgraded performance brakes and two available carbon fiber aerodynamics packages.
