In addition to loads of off-roading features and equipment, the GMC Hummer EV Pickup also comes equipped with the latest in infotainment gadgetry. Now, customers can use the infotainment system to control up to six external accessories using the optional Accessory Touch-Screen Control Switches feature.
The optional Accessory Touch-Screen Control Switches for the GMC Hummer EV Pickup is tagged with RPO code VBP, and integrates an add-on module mounted under the hood with the Off-Road app on the vehicle touchscreen, providing a series of controls for six different external accessories. The accessories could include a light bar, off-road lighting, or an air compressor.
With everything properly installed, customers can label each of the accessories with a name of their choosing, as well as a unique, customizable display selected from a collection of 24 different images, corresponding with the accessory of their choosing.
Pricing for the optional Accessory Touch-Screen Control Switches for the GMC Hummer EV Pickup comes to $295.
Further optional extras on offer include the Power-Retractable Tonneau Cover, which protects anything you may have stored in the rear bed with a high-quality bed covering. Alternatively, customers can equip the Bed-Mounted Vertical Spare Tire Carrier, which holds a full-size spare in the rear bed via a set of mounting bars that bolt directly into the bed, providing added peace of mind for those customers who enjoy taking their rig into the rough.
For GMC Hummer EV Pickup owners that love to bring their music along for the ride, there’s a tailgate stereo system from Kicker, which incorporates two 4-inch coaxial speakers into the MultiPro tailgate to offer an impressive 100 watts of sound. The stereo also includes a small inner control panel, while all of the components are weatherproofed.
There’s also the Sky Panel Storage Set, which provides easy and secure storage for the Modular Sky panels via lightweight trays that mount inside the Hummer’s front trunk.
Finally, extra custom styling is available with the optional Hood Decal kits.
