A digital rendering artist on Instagram has shared a new illustration they completed of a custom Chevy van with monster truck suspension and six-wheel drive.
This wild-looking custom creation, which is referred to by the creator as the ‘Vantastique’, appears to be based on the design of a mid-1980s Chevy Vandura. According to the artist, the design for this six-wheel-drive monster van was originally created by a friend of theirs as a community mod for the RVGL game, which itself is a fan-made port of the classic 1999 arcade racer Re-Volt. The artist re-created the design with 3D rendering software, giving it a much more detailed and realistic look than it would have in a 1990s PC game.

In addition to the jacked-up monster truck suspension, this custom Chevy van also features a California-themed surf mural on the side, an aftermarket body kit with a deeper front splitter and rear spoiler, a custom grille with ‘Vantastique’ lettering and massive monster truck tires with paddle tires. Paddle tires are made for getting more traction in the sand, so the special rubber would help make this surf-themed van even better at ferrying folks to and from the beach.
We would expect this fictional monster truck/van hybrid to feature a hugely powerful naturally aspirated V8 engine mounted in the middle of the chassis – similar to other well-known monster trucks. The four side-exit exhausts on either side of the truck suggest the presence of a large-displacement V8 and serve as evidence the designer had a similar layout in mind.

It looks like something that was meant for The A Team.
looks to good
If I still worked{retired} would just have fun driving from mail box to mail box.. The snow wouldn’t stop me then. Besides people that park in front of mail boxes would have a problem trying to get in their car.. LOL
Eventually, it’s about the tires and not the truck/van.
