Corsa Releases New Exhaust For 2021 GMC Yukon Denali, Cadillac Escalade: Video

Ohio-based aftermarket exhaust manufacturer Corsa Performance has released a video highlighting its new cat-back exhaust kit developed specifically for the 2021 GMC Yukon Denali and 2021 Cadillac Escalade.

This Corsa cat-back exhaust is made of full stainless steel is designed to work on General Motors full-size SUVs equipped with the available 6.2L L87 V8 engine and quad-tip exhaust, namely the 2021 GMC Yukon Denali and 2021 Cadillac Escalade. While Corsa does not mention if this exhaust is compatible with the 2021 Chevy Tahoe High Country, it seems likely given the Chevy features the same quad-tip exhaust style as the Yukon Denali and Escalade.

Corsa says this cat-back system is designed to provide “an aggressive exhaust note at cold start and under acceleration while maintaining a drone-free cabin at cruise.” The aforementioned video compares a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali with the stock exhaust with one equipped with Corsa’s cat-back setup and shows both vehicles undergoing a cold start before accelerating down an empty road. The difference between the two is clear, with the Corsa setup providing a very loud and raspy exhaust note at start-up and an aggressive rumble under throttle. The stock exhaust, by comparison, isn’t nearly as audible.

The Corsa exhaust also features polished tips with Corsa branding that have a very OEM-like look to them, maintaining the upscale appearance of the GMC Yukon Denali or Cadillac Escalade. It’s not clear if owners can expect a horsepower increase with the exhaust.

Information with regard to pricing and availability is not yet available, as this new exhaust kit has yet to be listed on Corsa’s webshop. We imagine it will update its site with newer products soon, but in the meantime, be sure to check out the video embedded below to hear the exhaust in action.

  1. O, Hell No! Just yesterday, I was on the phone with some issues, talking with my City Manager. LOUD Exhaust, Illegal exhaust, & No mufflers, was one of our discussions. The past few years, Illegal exhaust, has been growing just as fast as Speeding! It’s So bad now, with So Many complaints, that most States legislatures, have taken up the concern. Most have Updated their general statures, to address this! And I find it inexcusable, that the federal government has let manufactures, slip the exhaust “Cut outs” & Aggressive exhaust systems, on their Factory vehicles! They get around the Law, by stating “Not for Street Use”, or some sort of double speak. Many, many, Aftermarket exhaust products, are Clearly Illegal! I’m Not against a Good sounding exhaust, as long a it meets Legal Decibel levels. But Most additions or changes to the Factory exhaust, Are Illegal!

  2. lol…It sure does sound like a “Hungry Tiger!” The nice thing about our vehicles being quiet, you can be speeding, a little, and you get away with it. With “loud”, and those are, you sound like you are speeding, when you are Not. Yea, those are too loud. I like the Borlas and Magnaflows. Those reminded me hearing a set of “Cherry Bombs” going bye on a Sunday, in the late SIXTIES! LOL…(OLD) You buy those, AND, You Will see the Po—lice! Those tickets add up, AND so Will your insurance….(NEXT)
