The GM Super Cruise semi-autonomous driver assist system also remains optional with the introduction of the 2022 model year.

My dream car!
What about the electrically operated side steps? Rumor has it that they’ve been replaced by permanently installed non-moving versions. I always buy the electrically operated ones for my wife’s convenience, but when alone in the vehicle, I always make sure they are out of the way.
They are still standard on the Platinum trims and available on the Lux, Sport, and Prem Lux trims.
i am aware of the microchip shortage, rumor has it that the push button start is not available???
also when is it going to be possible to order escalade from cadillac dealership,
We placed an order for the 2022 diesel Escalade ESV in August of 2021 and was told we would have one by December 2021 or March 2022. We got a call saying they are delaying the production of the 2022 diesel Escalade indefinitely because of the chip shortage but if we wanted a gas Escalade we could have one in 4 months. I’ll be waiting for my diesel Escalade.
Where were you able to pre-order the 2022 Escalade? I was told I could build and price on the Cadillac website on Oct.1, but I worry that wont happen. Also, have you been able to see the new colors? If so, where???
If you custom build one online it only takes 30-90 days and they have to let you take it for the sticker price! No gouging!! I did it and it was so fun!! We were quoted 60k over sticker. I think ours was done within 45. No where near 60 days. Also each dealership can charge whatever they want for you to put down. In town they all wanted 6-9k. Out in the sticks they didn’t charge us at all! I have the sport and I’m obsessed!!
Let’s see the new colors, please.
How is ‘Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert’ NOT standard with the all models.?
