Customers can’t get enough of the full-size GM SUVs, scooping up every last available model at a very fast pace. In fact, General Motors’ SUV lineup was among the fastest-selling vehicles last month.
According to a recent report from automotive research website iSeeCars, three full-size GM SUVs made the list of the Top 20 Fastest-Selling New Vehicles In July 2021, including the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, the 2021 GMC Yukon, and the 2021 Chevy Tahoe.
Per the iSeeCars report, the average time to sell the new Cadillac Escalade was measured at 12.7 days, placing it 13th on the Top 20 list. Meanwhile, the average days to sell the GMC Yukon was 13, placing it 14th on the list, while the Chevy Tahoe was measured at 13.2 days, making it 17th on the list, tied with the Lexus IS 350.
The iSeeCars Top 20 Fastest-Selling New Vehicles In July 2021 list is based on an analysis of more than one million new and used cars sold last month. Per the report, the average new car took 35 days to sell, making July’s average nearly a week faster than that recorded the month prior in June, during which the average time to sell was measured at 41.7 days.
Interestingly, the iSeeCars report also listed the average price for each model in the Top 20 list, including those for the three GM SUVs. The 2021 Cadillac Escalade was the most expensive model listed at $98,959, while the average price for 2021 GMC Yukon models was measured at $72,694, and the average price for 2021 Chevy Tahoe models was measured at $62,997.
“Consumer demand remains strong for full-size SUVs, especially GM models, despite the record increases in gas prices,” said iSeeCars Executive Analyst, Karl Brauer. “General Motors has seen a sales surge for these full-size SUVs, including a 126 percent increase in the GMC Yukon and a 74.3 percent increase for the Chevrolet Tahoe during the first half of 2021 compared to last year.”
Meanwhile, the fastest selling new car in July of 2021 was the mid-engine C8 Chevrolet Corvette, as GM Authority covered previously.

These are good looking trucks and as a K2 SUV owner, a great upgrade.
If the dealers could get more inventory they’d sell even more of these.
Well yes it would be the fastest selling suv’s
When you only get 1-2 vehicles every 2-3 weeks.
Just your typical numbers game!
For examples I’ve been waiting since February 5th for a Yukon! I suppose that’s considered a sale also!!!
If you want one, better hurry before they change lower and medium trim levels to “Urethane Steering Wheel”!
China Joe is angwy at you Amewicans. So much for all that “save the planet” mumbo jumbo; it’s always “do as I say, not as I do” with the leftist totalitarians
China Joe is angwy with you Amewika. This not rooking too good for combat grobal crimate change…
Idiot boy. You sound like a real idiot. How uneducated are you? Typical trumptard
These are selling good because they have nice plastic interiors which all real men want
C’mon man…
The left constantly crows about climate change and the devil that is fossil fuel – yet full-sized SUVs are what they’re buying in record numbers! You call people who choose not to participate in your cult hypocrisy “uneducated”, but what passes for education in Clownworld the saner world identifies plainly as mindless indoctrination.
Nice work your man’s doing both at home and in Afghanistan, by the way. Off to a flying start. A month or so ago, the single-mindedly woke US government flew a rainbow flag over our embassy there. In a month or so, the Taliban will be throwing LBGT people off the roof. Poetic, no? How can you stand all this winning?
