Dave Sinclair Buick GMC in St. Louis recently completed work on a customized 2021 GMC Yukon Denali and has now listed the unique full-size SUV for sale.
While Dave Sinclair Buick GMC is a traditional General Motors dealership, the storefront sets itself apart by operating an in-house customizations arm that applies unique touches to new GM cars, trucks and SUVs. This 2021 GMC Yukon features a full exterior chrome delete, with the shop covering the factory chrome exterior trim and badges in a layer of gloss black paint. Other modifications include black-painted brake calipers, black exhaust tips and gloss black powder-coated 22-inch factory wheels shod in knobby Nitto Ridge Grappler tires.
This full-size SUV also features some factory GM accessories, including GMC all-weather floor liners, roof cross rails and side running boards. The dealership also placed a special order with GM for a black-painted illuminated front GMC grille emblem. Typically, the illuminated GMC emblem from GM Accessories is painted Cayenne Red, but Dave Sinclair Buick GMC pulled some strings to get GM to send it a black-painted version. GM Accessories charges $310.00 for a red-painted illuminated emblem, however it’s not clear how much the dealership paid for this custom black version.
This 2021 GMC Yukon is currently being offered for sale through Dave Sinclair Buick GMC for the rather pricy sum of $110,484. Prices for a stock 2021 GMC Yukon Denali typically start at $68,670 in the United States including destination, so this dealer customized example carries quite a steep price premium over a stock model.

Should’ve been a factory option. Looks much better than the chrome
Exactly! Offer it for $1-2k and it would be nothing but profit for GM. I really don’t understand why black-out packages aren’t more common (without those tacky red-line Chevy trims).
A can of black spray paint will save tens of thousands of dollars compared to what this greedy dealer charges. Would somebody check with this dealer to see if this overpriced SUV is still sitting on the dealer’s lot in 3 months?
Black is the new chrome.
A colossal waste of money to suck the life out of an otherwise handsome SUV. I don’t mind some black trim here and there but the entire truck is too much and a waste of money. I’m also seeing 2-3 year old vehicles with black painted factory rims where the paint is starting to flake off in spots since all they are doing is going over a normal shiny alloy wheel in the first place.
Although this is a nice-looking vehicle and I think it will sell, individualistic customizing is unique, This style has been done to death on TV car shows and people who think they are living a unique lifestyle. If you want to see real one-of-a-kind built trucks and SUV’s go to a custom truck show.
Black out is not good looking. The chrome touches are much better looking. Look at the black trim after a short while and it fades.
The black illuminated emblem isn’t custom, it’s an accessory and it’s $495
