General Motors unveiled the refreshed 2022 Buick Enclave earlier this month, ushering in new features, new options, new styling, new safety technology, and more. Additionally, the refreshed Buick Enclave is available with a new Sport Touring (ST) Edition package, which includes a few tasty exterior upgrades to help it stand out from the rest of the lineup. Now, we’re getting our very first look at the 2022 Buick Enclave ST out on real-world public roads.
Not only is this our first look at the 2022 Buick Enclave ST in the real world, it’s also our first in-person look at the 2022 Buick Enclave period, giving us an eye-full of the new crossover’s styling.
Up front, we find the refreshed 2022 Buick Enclave’s reshaped front fascia, which includes narrow, horizontal headlamp housings with sharp lighting signatures. The new headlamp design is complemented by a new grille that includes further horizontal styling lines, bisecting the grille insert and adding extra visual width to the front end. The Sport Touring package enhances the look with a unique Sport grille with a body-colored surround.
The profile view reveals the crossover’s curvaceous side lines, including a lower character crease that’s accented by polished trim, and a prominent crease just below the windows that adds some visual heft to the rear fenders. The roofline falls gently into the rear hatch section and features polished roof rails.
The 2022 Buick Enclave ST features wheels that are unique to the Sport Touring package, namely 20-inch machined face aluminum rollers with Satin Graphite painted pockets (RPO code Q78). The package also includes a Pitch Dark Night lower accent color.
Finally, the rear end features horizontally oriented tail lamps that stretch across the hatch section. Further horizontal lines are found in the lower bumper section as well, while up top, a subtle spoiler element is added to the roof. Unique to 2022 Buick Enclave ST models is the Sport Touring lift gate badging.
The 2022 Buick Enclave ST Edition package is not available with the Touring Package (PCI), Luxury Package (PCL), or any other RPO or LPO wheels. It also requires one of the following exterior colors (relevant paint code listed in parentheses):
- White Frost Tricoat (G1W)
- Quicksilver Metallic (GAN)
- Ebony Twilight Metallic (GB8)
- Cherry Red Tintcoat (GSK)
The Buick Enclave Sport Touring package was introduced for the 2020 model year. As GM Authority reported previously, General Motors has increased production for Enclave models equipped with the package.

Nothing says Sport Touring like an acre of chrome attached all over a vehicle.
More than just SAD, this is the only Buick built in the USA! PEOPLE STOP BUYING THE ONES FROM CHINA!!!
…stop buying and kill Buick???!!
Are the taillights supposed to look like that or is that some kind of camo? They look stupid. Buick needs to realize the clear lens and/or chrome taillights aren’t cool. They’re 1997. And their typical buyers were at least 55 years old even in ’97 so they didn’t think they were cool then either.
Is that a child driving?
lmao!!
New headlights. New wheels. New colors. Wow, that makes it a all new car, doesn’t it?
Sure looks pretty much like last years SUV to me.
Buick has been doing well with front and front facias and lighting so what happened? The former Avista lamps were beautiful and matched with with Encore GX and GEM Encore on it’s supposed way.
Did Opel get the eyebrows in the divorce/sale? One would not think so after seeing Corsa or even the Mokka Visor. Enclave is ugly!!!
Looks like a poor owner’s taste! Ughhhhhh
The Bradley Sweep is dead at GM, apparently the French Curves are now in fashion!
