A new Chevy Malibu discount lowers the price of the American-made sedan by $1,000 and is exclusive to 2021 Chevy Malibu models.
Chevy is also offering a competitive, nationwide lease offer for select 2021 Malibu LT models, with special incentives for current eligible lessees. However, the Bow Tie brand isn’t promoting any special financing incentives in June, unlike the past few months during which 0 percent APR combined with a cashback rebate was available.
As GM Authority previously reported, The General is no longer offering incentives for 2020 Chevy Malibu models.
Chevy Malibu Incentives
Nationwide Chevy Malibu discount offers during June 2021 are as follows:
- Featured Purchase Offers: $1,000 cash allowance
- Excludes base L trim level
- Featured Lease Offer: $219 per month for 36 months
- Applies to 2021 Malibu LT
- Ultra low-mileage lease with 10,000 miles per year
- $2,179 due at signing for eligible current lessees (after all offers)
- $0 security deposit
The above cash purchase Chevy Malibu discount offer is valid thru the end of June 2021.
Chevy Malibu Pricing

I think the Malibu is a solid mid-size sedan… but it’s not spectacular or anything. I think it’s showing it’s age especially in the interior department. I wonder how much longer before little miss Mary kills it off?
Until it’s profit no longer contributes to her exuberant pay?
With the wimpy engine and CVT, I’m amazed they sell any of them.
Sure, there is a 2.0L option, but it’s $10K (!) more and also wants premium fuel.
For the Malibu for March there was a 4000$ price discount but in June it is a1000$ discount for same Malibu model but the msrp is the same price. Explain. TY
