Infiniti has unveiled the all-new 2022 Infiniti QX60, a three-row luxury SUV set to rival the Cadillac XT6.
Outside, the 2022 Infiniti QX60 features new styling punctuated by an origami-inspired mesh grille and “digital piano key” LED lighting as standard. There’s also an available color-contrast roof, while 20-inch machine-finish alloy wheels are offered on most trim levels.
The interior of the 2022 Infiniti QX60 offers space for up to seven passengers, with sliding and tilting second-row seats for easier access to the third row without removal of a child safety seat. Up top is a standard panoramic roof. Front-seated passengers will sit on Infiniti’s “Zero Gravity” seats, which come with standard eight-way adjustability and a heating function, plus optional massaging and cooling. The seats are also optional with quilted semi-aniline leather.
Tri-zone automatic climate control keeps things comfy, while 41.6 cubic-feet of cargo room is offered in the rear with the third row folded forward.
The infotainment spec includes a standard 12.3-inch Interactive Display screen, wireless AppleCarPlay, and USB-connected Android Auto, while a 12.3-inch Dynamic Meter Display with a 10.8-inch head-up display are optional. The 2022 Infiniti QX60 also debuts the new enhanced ProPILOT Assist system with Navi Link, which can adjust the vehicle speed in stop-and-start traffic. Rear Automatic Braking, Predictive Forward Collision Warning, and Forward Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection are all standard, while Adaptive Front Lighting and Auto-Leveling Headlights are optional.
Providing the motivation is a standard 3.5L V6 engine connecting to a nine-speed automatic transmission. Output is rated at 295 horsepower.
All-wheel drive is optional, bumping up the towing rating to 6,000 pounds.
The 2022 Infiniti QX60 is set to arrive in North American dealers later this year. Pricing information will be announced closer to the on-sale date.

Wouldn’t this be more of a competitor to the Enclave?
I don’t understand how Infiniti is still hanging on. They are barely worthy of being a premium trim Nissan, definitely not worthy of being a “luxury” brand. They should just make Infiniti like the Hyundai Calligraphy trim, Buick Avenir trim, etc. for Nissan.
This is the most effort I’ve seen out of Infiniti for a while. And I know this vehicle is a cash cow for them. So maybe they will pull through.
They are positioning themselves as a “near lux” brand like Cadillac or Acura. So expect more Nissan based vehicles and fewer unique platforms.
I honestly like the interior. And I think the exterior is better than what Lexus has been putting out for their crossovers lately.
The interior looks awesome.
The exterior looks good from the front and rear…but the side profile and cheap looking wheels makes it look a little too much like the Nissan.
Overall I think it beats the hell out of the XT6. Not sure about the MDX. No chance against the Q7 or X5.
Th Cadillac XT6 was outclassed from the second it made its Public Debut.
GM should be ashamed what they did to Cadillac with the XT Series of vehicles.
XT6 was approved by Mary Bara. She thought it was daring, just like her sweaters.
I own a 2019 Infiniti QX60 that my wife drives, too much road noise and drives like a Maxima station wagon. And I don’t like the CVT transmission, glad they are going to a nine speed automatic transmission. Still have a 2005 Cadillac Escalade with 196,000 miles on it and its the best vehicle I’ve ever owned.
