Throughout most of the 2020 calendar year and the first quarter of 2021, GMC Canyon discount offers averaged about $4,000 each month, with the most generous offers being specific to pre-face-lift 2020 models.
However, with sales of the premium pickup seeing a sharp rise following the arrival of the revised 2021 GMC Canyon premium pickup truck, in addition to extremely low dealership inventories, the automaker has pulled manufacturer rebates for the nameplate and is not offering any during May 2021.

Other changes for the 2021 Canyon include four new exterior color options – such as Hunter Metallic, Dynamic Blue Metallic, Desert Sand Metallic, and Cayenne Red Tintcoat – revised availability for the base 2.5-liter LCV four-cylinder engine, a new High Elevation Package, and two new interior color combinations: Cocoa with Dark Atmosphere and Jet Black with Kalahari.
