The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer represents the third model year of the Blazer crossover. The model year brings various minor changes and updates, such as a “new” standard engine on some models in the form of the turbocharged 2.0L LSY four-cylinder engine – and more, including the addition of four new exterior colors: Pewter Metallic, Cherry Red Tintcoat, Cayenne Orange and Iron Gray. Here’s our first look at the new gray hue.
Assigned color code GIV and touch-up paint code WA-333E, Iron Gray is one of three gray hues – along with Silver Ice Metallic and Pewter Metallic – available for the 2021 Chevy Blazer. Iron Gray is the darkest shade of the three gray options available for the Camaro-inspired crossover. It’s also one of six metallic colors available.
The new Iron Gray color is included in the base price of the 2021 Blazer, but is not offered on the base L model. Additionally, it is available with all three interior color combinations.

2021 Chevrolet Blazer units are already available on dealer lots, since the GM Ramos Arizpe plant, located in Coahuila, Mexico has been producing the vehicle for the last six months, and the facility will soon transition to the 2022 model year. That said, availability will vary by dealer, so check with yours for complete details.
Chevy’s rising star is seeing rather unfortunate supply issues. Interest-free financing is also available for both 2020 and 2021 models.
