Atlanta-based automotive lighting company Morimoto Lighting has released a set of new aftermarket LED headlight assemblies for the 2015-2020 model year GMC Yukon and Yukon XL.
These new aftermarket headlights include Bi-LED projectors, full LED daytime running lights and sequential LED turn signals and help give the K2XX-generation GMC Yukon a more up-to-date and upscale exterior appearance. Morimoto says its LED projectors for the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL also offer superior performance over the factory headlights and meet or exceed all SAE and DOT safety standards, so buyers can expect OEM-like quality from these aftermarket lamps.
“The full LED low and high beam are an instant upgrade over stock, with a wider, brighter low beam, and a high beam that will penetrate far into the distance with ease,” the company says.
Customers can also order a set of matching Morimoto LED foglamps with the Morimoto headlights, which feature a similar design/appearance and the same bulb temperature, giving the vehicle a more uniform front-end appearance. The headlights cost $1,530 USD on their own and $1,800 with the matching LED foglamps included.
One other advantage of these lights is the ease of installation. Morimoto says its aftermarket LED headlamps for the GMC Yukon and Yukon XL are “designed to work without any modifications,” and plug right into the factory connectors for the stock headlights. The lights can also easily be removed and will not void the vehicle’s factory warranty, the company says.

Looks almost like OEM, pretty nice.
Will these be available for GMC Canyon at any point.
meant to say 2018 GMC canyon
How about all GM vehicles… Very nice from a very reliable company. I use LASFIT LEDs to replace my GM lighting. No resistors required. Plug n Play.
I presently own a 2017 GMC Yukon-17 Premier with 16435 miles and I was wondering if there is anyone with the new set of lights & fog lights that can tell me what they are like and what kind of warranty you get in case one or more burn out.
How about the 2015 – 2020 Chevy Tahoe/Suburban? Seems like that would be a much more sizable market for Morimoto, especially as they already make the XB LED fog lights for the Tahoe/Suburban.
