These Cadillac Escalade playlists are based on music that was released during each of the SUV’s first four generations. For example, the first playlist is titled The Original Score and includes songs released between 1999 and 2001, which are the three model years the first-gen Escalade was produced in. Some of the songs on this playlist include late 1990s and early 2000s hits such as I Want It That Way by the Backstreet Boys, Say My Name by Destiny’s Child, It’s My Life by Bon Jovi and All The Small Things by blink-182.
The second playlist is called Millennium Hits and includes songs released between 2002 and 2006, such as Seven Nation Army by The White Stripes, Dani California by Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Let’s Get It Started by Black Eyed Peas. We can just imagine jamming out to these pop tracks in a first-generation Cadillac Escalade while wearing an early 2000s-era striped dress shirt and a pair of distressed denim jeans.
Next up is the A-List List, which covers the third-generation Cadillac Escalade that was produced between 2007 and 2014. This tracklist includes popular radio hits like Good Life by Kanye West and T-Pain, Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) by Beyoncé, and 21 Guns by Green Day.
The final playlist is appropriately called Turn Up The Tens and includes songs released between 2015 and 2020, such as See You Again by Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth, bad guy by Billie Eilish, Despacito by Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee and Rare by Selena Gomez.
The fifth-generation Cadillac Escalade just went on sale for the 2021 model year and features a new T1 platform with independent rear suspension, all-new exterior styling and a redesigned cabin with a sprawling widescreen OLED infotainment display. We can’t wait to hear what songs Cadillac decides to throw on its playlist dedicated to this new fifth-generation Cadillac Escalade, but for now, be sure to check out the existing four playlists on Spotify.
