The 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV expands the Chevy Bolt lineup with a larger, more-practical body style, plus all the electric efficiency expected of the nameplate. Among the new Bolt EUV’s various optional extras is the Fleet Special Service Vehicle package, aimed at providing fleet and government orders with the all the right bits and pieces for a working vehicle.
The Fleet Special Service Vehicle package for the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV is tagged with RPO code 5WR, and is available on the LT trim level. The package is only available on fleet or government orders, and cannot be combined with any other optional packages, including the Driver Confidence Package (RPO code WPA), the Comfort Package (RPO code WPT), or the Convenience Package (WPU).
The 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV Fleet Special Service Vehicle package includes the following content (relevant RPO codes listed in parentheses):
- Driver eight-way power seat adjuster, driver two-way power lumbar (A2X)
- Remote Keyless Entry Package with four additional key-fob transmitters, for a total of six transmitters (AMF)
- Surveillance Mode interior lighting calibration (5J3)
Note that programming of the four additional key-fob transmitters is at the customer’s expense.

Earlier this year, President Biden announced plans to replace the U.S. government’s fleet of cars, trucks, and SUVs with new, American-built electric vehicles, saying that the federal government “owns an enormous fleet of vehicles, which we’re going to replace with clean electric vehicles made right here in America made by American workers.” It’s estimated that within the current government fleet of 645,000 vehicles, just 3,215 vehicles are electric.
As a reminder, the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EUV is offered as a compact five-door crossover/hatchback. Providing the motivation is a 65-kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which provides enough juice for 250 miles between plugs. A single-motor drive unit sends 200 horsepower and 266 pound-feet of torque to the front wheels. Production takes place at the GM Lake Orion facility in Michigan.
