Pickup trucks customers with a penchant for fishing and hunting can complement their passion with the new 2021 Chevy Silverado Realtree Special Edition, which is now in production.
Offered as the result of a collaborative effort between Chevrolet and clothing retailer Realtree, the Chevy Silverado Realtree Special Edition includes a selection of exclusive content designed specifically for romping around the great outdoors. Outside, the special edition pickup sports Realtree camouflage graphics for the hood, rear fenders, and tailgate, a theme that continues inside with additional camouflage for the interior door panels.
The Silverado Realtree Special Edition also comes with black Z71 badging on the fenders and grille, black Silverado and Custom badging, black assist steps, and a set of black dual rectangular exhaust tips.
In back, you’ll also find a Chevytec spray-on bedliner with the Realtree logo, while the footwells are outfitted with all-weather Z71 floor liners.
The 2021 Chevy Silverado Realtree Special Edition is based on the Chevrolet Silverado Custom Trail Boss trim level, and includes a two-inch factory suspension lift, the Z71 Off-Road Package with monotube Rancho shocks, 20-inch wheels, Goodyear Wrangler Territory tires, an automatic locking rear differential, Hill Descent Control, an AutoTrac two-speed transfer case, and skid plates.
The Silverado Realtree Special Edition is tagged with RPO code G0S, and is offered as an available option on Custom Trail Boss trim levels in the Short Bed / Crew Cab body configuration. Available colors include Summit White (GAZ), Black (GBA) and Oxford Brown Metallic (GNK).
Additionally the package is only available with the naturally aspirated 5.3L V8 L82 gasoline engine or the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 L87 gasoline engine. The Realtree Special Edition package is not available with the naturally aspirated 4.3L V6 LV3 gasoline engine.
Pricing is set at $2,585. It also bears mentioning that Chevrolet is currently offering a $50 MSRP credit on certain Chevy Silverado models equipped with the L82 gasoline engine, which no longer includes the AFM fuel-saving technology, as GM Authority covered previously.
