Chevrolet Trailblazer discount offers during February 2021 include a $2,250 cash allowance which may be combined with a $1,000 GM cardmember bonus for a total discount of $3,250.
Chevy is also extending a competitive, ultra-low mileage nationwide lease offers to all qualified lessees, and eligible current lessees receive the added incentive of a reduction in the amount due at signing. Notably, the lowest observed Trailblazer lease offer is exclusive to select markets.
In most cases, the more affordable lease offer is exclusive to models equipped with the standard turbocharged 1.2-liter LIH three-cylinder engine, which comes paired with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) rather than the available nine-speed automatic. The latter is instead mated to the turbocharged 1.3-liter L3T three-cylinder engine.

Like this post and really helpful and informative content.
Been interested in this car since it was announced.
I finally found a rental that I could keep for a few days (RS, 1.3L AWD) and drive around.
It’s an admirable car. Interior is great. Looks good. Even was able to do some light off roading, and it’s wonderful in the snow.
I was really interested with how the 1.3L would perform. It’s great for most tasks, it sounds like a small v6, gets up and go… even on short on ramps I was okay with how it performed… the one downfall is passing punch. Once you’re going 65 and want to go around something, that’s when it gets bad… it required planning out well in advance of what I am use to, and that is a show stopper for me. And before you think I come from v6 and v8 cars, I’ve driven plenty of 140-150 hp small cars from GM before, performs better than a LUV Cruze/Trax, but surprisingly not as good as an LE2 Cruze, which it should, considering it’s torque.
It’s still on the list, but waiting to see how the 1.3L Compass performs once it comes out.
Well, the LE2 has more torque, so it really shouldn’t be that surprising. When I test drove the new Trailblazer my initial thought was that it didn’t feel like those that torque figures were 100% appropriate for daily driving scenarios; I’d love to see independent dyno figures. It’s quite discouraging to hop into a brand new car and have it perform the same as the nearly decade old Cruze or Sonic. The new TB is literally a step backwards for lowercase gm and it’s disappointing. I think that platform needs, at minimum, to have a 1.4t 4 pot but would be much better served to have a 1.6t or detuned 2.0t to put it at the top of the class.
Obviously lowercase gm is going to continue to waste money on cheap BEVs that only a handful of people want, while hypocritically making high profit, high emission v8s. While they continue down this delusion path, they will continue to lose market share in the B/C segment to the Koreans and Japanese…
Any idea if equivalent offers trickle over into Canada usually?
Wait. So we keep reading articles about how low the inventory is on this model and how it’s selling so well. So why the need to put $2,250.00 on the hood? Understand that there is another $1,000 bot only if you are a GM card holder. Seems to be a really high rebate for a hot seller.
GM knows it’s not competitive in the segment and they need to have it establish some type of market share before the Trax is discontinued… Don’t expect things to get better anytime soon in this segment for GM unless they make changes. It’s not like the b/c car and crossover segment is actually larger than the full-size truck segment… oh, wait… it is.
Either things aren’t as grand with this as they say or else people are just staying away because of the current pandemic and political climate.
