Buick Encore Discount Reaches $5,250 In February 2021

During February 2021, the Tri-Shield brand is offering a $5,250 discount on select 2020 Encore models, or a combined offer which includes low-interest financing plus a $3,650 cash allowance.

Meanwhile, for 2021 Encore models, a combined discount includes a total cash allowance of up to $2,000 in addition to interest-free financing for six years. Shoppers can forgo the interest-free financing for 2021 models and opt for a cashback rebate of up to $3,500 instead. Notably, the offers appear to be available nationwide.

It’s also worth highlighting the fact that eligible current GM card members get an additional $1,000 bonus when purchasing an eligible vehicle, which includes the Encore. However, it’s not crystal clear whether or not this bonus can be combined with every other offer.

Buick Encore Incentives

Nationwide Buick Encore discount offers during the month of February 2021 are as follows:

Discount Offers:
- 2020 Encore: $5,250 cash allowance
  - Excludes base 1SV trim level
- 2021 Encore: $2,750 cash allowance + $750 competitive cash allowance = $3,500 total rebate
  - Excludes base 1SV trim level
Finance Offers:
- 2020 Encore: $3,650 cash allowance + 0 percent APR for up to 72months
  - Excludes base 1SV trim level
- 2021 Encore: $2,000 cash allowance + 0 percent APR for up to 72 months
  - Excludes base 1SV trim level
Lease Offer:
- 2021 Encore: $129 per month for 24 months
  - Applies to Encore FWD Preferred
  - Ultra low-mileage lease with 10,000 miles per year
  - For current owners of non-GM vehicles:
    - $0 security deposit
    - $2,519 due at signing (after all offers)
  - Offer observed in the New York City market

Interested parties should note that all of the above offers will be valid through March 1^st, 2021.

Buick Encore Pricing

The headlining Buick Encore discount actually makes the starting price of a 2020 Preferred model more affordable than a non-discounted base Encore 1SV. For reference, here are the 2020 and 2021 Buick Encore starting MSRPs by trim level, which include the $995 destination freight charge:

Encore (1SV) – $24,195
Preferred (1SB) – $25,595
