Lease A 2021 Chevy Camaro LT1 For $274 A Month In January

Customers interested in leasing the 2021 Chevy Camaro LT1 can take advantage of a new Sign And Drive ultra low-mileage lease deal for qualified lessees in January.

General Motors is now offering the 2021 Chevy Camaro LT1 Coupe with a 10-speed automatic transmission for just $274 per month for 39 months. Current lessees of 2016 model year or newer non-GM vehicles will enjoy $0 down, $0 first month payment, and $0 security deposit (after all offers).

Tax, title, license, and dealer fees are extra. There’s also a mileage charge of $0.25 per mile over 32,500 miles at participating dealers.

As GM Authority covered last month, it is actually less expensive to lease the V8-powered Chevy Camaro LT1 than it is to least the turbocharged, four-cylinder Camaro 1LT. Per a pricing analysis conducted by GM Authority (which does not include the lease deal outlined above), the 2021 Chevy Camaro LT1 Coupe can be leased for $287 per month for 39 months, with $287 due at signing, or $294 per month before taxes and fees.

By comparison, the 2021 Chevy Camaro 1LT can be leased at $299 per month for 39 months, with $989 due at signing, making for $324 per month before taxes and fees, making it more expensive than the LT1.

Check out our pricing analysis for more information.

Considering the above lease deal of $274 a month, the 2021 Chevy Camaro LT1 is now even more tempting. In fact, lease rates for the LT1 are so low, you can even lease an LT1 for less a month than the base Camaro 1LS.

As a reminder, the Camaro LT1 features the naturally aspirated 6.2L V8 LT1 gas engine under the hood, which produces 455 horsepower and 455 pound-feet of torque. The LT1 is equipped as standard with a six-speed manual transmission, with MSRP set at $34,995, while the optional 10-speed paddle shift automatic bumps that price up $36,590.

Further highlights for the LT1 include black Bow Tie badging, 20-inch wheels, performance suspension, Brembo front performance brakes, and dual-outlet exhaust.

  2. Now THAT is what’s called a “Subsidized Lease”.

I really wonder if the Camaro will last until 2025.

Lease one now, take care of it like it’s your first child, and in 2025, when the lease is up, buy it!

  3. I would drop it off before the warranty expired because it would have lived a rough life and probably already spent its fair share of time in service

      1. Leased it, the deal was too good not to. It’s a second/weekend car so 10k miles a year will be just fine.

  5. That seems like a good deal. Looks like you could put on 820 miles per month to stay within the 32,500 mile restriction for 39 months. Most could not use as a daily driver but you could still have a lot of fun during the month.

  6. I contacted multiple dealerships today who informed me that there was not one Camaro in the country that fell under this lease offer.
Support on the Chevrolet website also searched and could not find a single one.
Has anyone recently had any success in actually claiming this offer?

    1. WHEW!
Being a convertible guy, I didn’t really want a coupe, but at that lease price, I couldn’t pass it up.
Once again, “If it seems too good to be true… .”

    2. Not at all BS, I’ve just run payments for a car we have inbound and using a GM employee discount and GM lease loyalty I hit that payment with no issue and I leased one myself last month for that deal. It’s real. Inventories are rough on these cars but the deal works if you qualify for those things (at least in Michigan it does)

  8. Bait & switch is right. Found one in my state and of course it didn’t meet specific options and was quoted almost $450. Had $2000 of extra options they say. Now it says lessee of 2016+ Chev vehicle not non GM vehicle….?1?!

  9. This lease deal is a total scam. The MSRP has to be $36,500 for them to consider it ,which is rare. On top of that you have to be a current lessee of a 2016 or newer NON GM vehicle to qualify for the promotion.

All the dealers are telling me the price to lease a LT1 is more like $400. Total BS.
I have over 800 credit and own my other car.. why does it matter if I have a current lease or not?
I am in at $275, not sure why GM has these promotions that are impossible to qualify for.
