All LPO, or dealer-installed, 22-inch GM wheels normally listed as options in several key General Motors vehicles are currently unavailable due to constraints in the supply chain, GM Authority has learned from sources familiar with the automaker’s go-to-market plans.
The affected vehicles that wear the GM wheels in question are the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 pickup trucks as well as the Chevrolet Tahoe, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade full-size SUVs.

Not just the 22’s, I tried to order my 2021 Sierra 1500 AT4 with the 20” wheel package and was told they were unavailable. So it was either settle for the stock 18” wheels or wait up to 6 months for the 20’s to come available.
Or, buy good after-market wheels and tires from a reputable supplier for the same or less money.
Zero. F**ks. Given.
WTF is going on over there at GM this is Ridiculous
Virus related restrictions and decreased production continues to play havoc with the supply chain everywhere. It’s not just wheels. It’s electronic components such as chips for the infotainment systems and the engine control modules as well.
I put together and designed & ordered my Yukon SLT truck with 22″ wheels back in August 2020 and just got it 9 months later this past May 2021. Reason for the delay….Chips, but primarily the wheels which I selected on the website when building my truck but guess what……They were never actually available….. So I had to wait 9 months…..Just ridiculous
What do you do if your wheels are stolen? I’ve already have 1 attempted theft & the wheel locks did stop the theft. I don’t want anything but what came with my 2020 Denali.
I’m trying to purchase a 2023 CT5-V w/ 20″ alloy Black wheels with Bronze accents (SKW). The dealer tells me these wheels are on constraint. Is there any news on availability of these of these wheels?
