Raging Winnipeg Man In Chevy Colorado Repeatedly Rams Hyundai Elantra: Video

A 57-year old man was arrested in Winnipeg, Manitoba last week for repeatedly ramming his Chevy Colorado pickup truck into a Hyundai Elantra with two people inside of it during a suspected road rage incident.

According to the CBC, Kiana Jobo was attempting to take a left turn in her Hyundai Elantra when the driver of the white Chevy Colorado suddenly approached her vehicle while it was in the intersection. The man then began acting irate and making obscene gestures toward her before she took off down a nearby side street. The Colorado driver gave chase, repeatedly ramming her small Korean compact car from behind as she tried to evade.

“It was like a game of cat and mouse. It was honestly the most terrifying experience in my life,” she told the CBC in an interview. “What was going through my mind was that I am going to die. My dad is going to die.”

Jobo eventually managed to park her car between two vehicles so the Chevy Colorado driver could no longer ram her from behind. That’s when she pulled out her phone to begin filming his behavior and caught him repeatedly side-swiping her vehicle on video.

After the driver left, Jobo drove to a local police station to report the incident. The suspect, who has not been named, was arrested and booked on one count of dangerous operation of a vehicle. Jobo thinks he should be charged for attempted murder, but the local police seem to believe this dangerous driver may have only violated a few traffic-related laws.

“I think that as a community, everybody has a right to know that this person is out here, is a danger, is a menace to society,” Jobo told the CBC. “I would not have been here today, had I not gotten away.”

But here’s my chuckle of the day: in the first line: “ramming his Chevy Colorado pickup truck into a Hyundai Elantra with two people inside of it during a suspected road rage incident.”

  8. To be honest I really wonder what the Hyundai Elantra driver did to make the Chevy Colorado driver so angry. Sure the Colorado driver should never react that way, because he’s putting other drivers on the road in danger, not just the Hyundai driver. But I still wonder what the Hyundai driver did to instigate the problem. I’m the type of person that believes when something bad happens, both parties are to blame. It’s rarely just one person’s fault. But people in general need to chill the fxck out when they drive. People need to stop instigating shxt and people need to stop reacting so badly.

  9. I taught my teenage children during driving training that pick-up truck drivers are the most aggressive drivers out there. And silver Toyota drivers are the most incompetent. May sound biased, but the facts back this up.

    1. Yea exactly. People are quick to point the finger and play the innocent card. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the driver in the Hyundai did something really messed up to upset the other driver. It’s never just one persons fault.

  14. I’ve seen some pretty scary road rage and guaranteed this man should do jail time. No one deserves to be rammed off the road no matter what. It could have left these people in serious injury or could have been fatal. This man has obviously no regard for the law or people in general. Absolutely disgusting and he should not be allowed back on the road. Next time he may kill someone.
