  1. Reminiscent of the color, Blue Chip on a Cadillac DTS i once owned. The color as shown here will look great on an impeccably clean concrete driveway next to a fresh-cut green lawn on a mostly sunny day.

  2. Wow, an actual color and not another shade of gray. About time.

  3. I own a 2014 Corvette and this new color looks to be the same as my Vette but with a different name.

  4. Car manufacturers introduce new colors occasionally. Line up all the color chips next to each other and you don’t see much difference. Just like the year 2020 has been so far, they are all dark, dreary and unappealing. How about some bright hues to cheer up America?

  5. Corvette needs some of these colors.

  6. The name Midnight Blue has been with GM for decades. What makes it ,’new’?

  7. Unlike the regular size Yukon, the XL production has been delayed much longer than June. I ordered my Midnight Blue Yukon XL Denali back in June. After many delays for production due to Covid, GM only allowing “certain packages & option combinations”, and very challenging parts availability, it was supposed to be built last week. Unfortunately, it hasn’t happened yet. I am really looking forward to seeing it very soon.

    1. Well, I found out yesterday that my 2021 Yukon XL Denali Ultimate was finally built on 10/31/20. Now, I have to wait another 1 to 3 weeks, for it to make it to the dealership.
I sure hope it doesn’t have any “Mayflies” from the staging area, mismatched part colors, defective valve springs, or anything else wrong we haven’t already heard about.
I have to say getting a vehicle built on Halloween in “2020” is a scary concept for sure! Fingers crossed, and anxious to finally get it.

  9. Same color of my ’02 Silverado. Some things never change

  11. I believe my 2014 Vette was called “Night Race Blue Metallic”. It really pops in the sun. I had a new 1968 Camaro that was “Midnight Blue” but it didn’t have the metallic in it.
