Built as a nod to the 50th Anniversary of the Chevrolet Corvette’s first-ever entry in the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 2011 Chevy Corvette Z06 Carbon Special Edition is practically dripping with high-end equipment and performance gear. Just 250 Carbon Special Edition models were produced, and now, this particular example is up for grabs on Bring A Trailer with just 5 miles on the odometer.
Covered in Supersonic Blue paint, this 2011 Chevy Corvette Z06 Carbon Special Edition comes with a variety of composite bits and pieces, including a carbon fiber front splitter and side sills, a carbon fiber hood, and a carbon fiber roof panel. The corners are filled by 20-spoke alloy wheels finished in black, which are staggered at 19 inches in front and 20 inches in the rear, with Michelin tires providing the traction. The rear features quad exhaust tips.
Inside the cabin is Ebony leather and microfiber upholstery, with contrasting blue stitching and extra carbon trim. Heated seats, navigation, and Bose audio keep it comfy.
Making this slice-o-speed move is the 7.0L V8 LS7 gas engine, which is rated at 505 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque from the factory. The ‘eight drives the rear wheels by way of a six-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential.

Supersonic Blue is my favorite color on the wide body C6’s. Gorgeous! Reminiscent of the shade found on the ’83 & ’84 Monte Carlo SS.
