ACS Composite offers all sorts of carbon fiber and composite parts for General Motors vehicles, including the C7 Corvette. We’ve already covered how to install ACS Composite side rockers on the seventh-generation sports car, so now we’re turning our attention to another popular aftermarket part from the company, its Waterfall Storage Compartment.
The Waterfall Storage Compartment is ideal for storing small items such as passports, maps or an overnight change of clothes, ACS Composite says. The product is bolted down using the two factory tie-down points in the trunk of the C7 Corvette, ensuring it doesn’t shift or move around when on the drag strip, road course or when taking fast corners on public roads.
To install the Waterfall Storage Compartment, all the user needs to do is remove the T40 screws in the C7 Corvette factory tie-down points, angle the product into the trunk and into position in the cabin, and screw it down into the tie-down points. Once the product is inside, the driver or passenger can easily access the two rear storage cubbies by reaching behind the seats.
C7 Corvette owners who may be interested in this product should know that it does not ship in the same exterior color as their car unless specified. The product is sold dipped in a dark grey primer finish and comes “sanded and primed twice ready for a professional painter to final sand and color match to your C7,” ACS Composite says. Customers can also pay extra to either have the product finished in Carbon Flash Metallic topcoat, which is a common color used on Corvette trim pieces, or in the body color of their vehicle, though only certain colors are available through the company’s website.
“Travel in style on your next Corvette caravan, and keep your interior clean and organized with your Corvette essentials within arm’s reach,” ACS Composite says.

looks horrible , can’t imagine them selling very many of those , but different strokes for different folks
Ugly and cheap looking. Looks like it takes up space instead of it’s designed purpose.
Looks nice. Love to order one when they have a special
Yuck, could make a better looking storage compartment my self out of carbon fibre, and probably cheaper than these sell for. Don’t think colour matching would help it look any better it’s just plain ugly in or out of the car.
Why would i destroy the interior of my car by adding that monstrosity?
The ridiculous near $1,400 total ripoff price for that thing is a joke. Everything at ACS is overpriced, but this one is just laughable.
