Chevrolet Trailblazer Discount Offers Small Cashback Rebate In October 2020

Chevrolet Trailblazer discount offers during October 2020 include a modest cash purchase rebate of $750, which is available to all buyers nationwide, but is only applicable to select trim levels. To clarify, the offer is not actively promoted on the automaker’s website, but can be viewed via the online configurator tool.

Chevy is also extending competitive, ultra-low mileage lease offers to all qualified lessees, while GM employees and eligible family members who are also eligible current lessees receive an added incentive, wherein the amount due at signing is as little as $2,339 and the security deposit is waived. Notably, the lowest observed Trailblazer lease offer is exclusive to select markets.

Interested shoppers should note that the more affordable lease offer is exclusive to models equipped with the standard turbocharged 1.2-liter LIH three-cylinder engine, which comes paired with the continuously variable transmission (CVT) rather than the available nine-speed automatic, which is instead paired with the turbocharged 1.3-liter L3T three-cylinder engine.

  1. This is a good thing, but here in the Pacific NW, they are not available. No dealer can get them. Should be made here in the USA, NOT over seas. Put some of our auto workers back to work!! MAGA!!

    1. I think the best bargain buy for this platform is the Trailblazer LT 1.3t awd. But honestly, the best values at GM are CPO’s right now. You generally get a 100k mile CPO warranty as opposed to the measly standard 35k warranty currently offered on new cars. Not knowing the reliability of this new platform and having an uninspiring test drive with it; I would have a very hard time justifying spending over 25k. I think there are better deals elsewhere within GM and at other manufacturers.

If I were buying a GM tomorrow it would be between a few models featuring the 2.0t, either the Regal Sportback, Malibu, or if awd was necessary, an Equinox. I’d also consider the Bolt, but it probably wouldn’t be my pick at the end of the day. The FWD only trax or sonic are actually sneaky good cars for the price too. The AWD Trax struggles a little on the highway imo.

These are just my opinions, which seem to be wildly unpopular amongst GM enthusiast who have no intentions of ever buying a car like this… I myself will be shopping in this segment in the future and have crossed the Trailblazer, as currently offered, off of my list.

      1. You seem to be concerned about a vehicle off your list, regular people would say “it sucks” and buy the competition. GM don’t care if you don’t buy one nor tough love assessment if they miraculously offer a 4 cylinder. They’ll sadly make money and sell to the thousands who buys them with the turbo 3.

  3. It’s a dog eat dog world and you’ve got to take steps to remain competitive in a crowded field.

    1. So instead of releasing a brand new vehicle that’s highly competitive within the field they just immediately start slashing its MSRP… Well played GM.
