Cadillac Escalade Discount Totals $9,500 In October 2020

Cadillac Escalade discounts during October 2020 include a $9,500 cashback rebate for select 2020 models along with a nationwide lease offer that allows shoppers to drive a brand-new ‘lade home for $789 a month. It’s worth noting that Cadillac has ceased offering incentives for 2019 Escalade models. The automaker also recently launched the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, meaning units of the next-generation SUV will soon start popping up on dealer lots, and lease offers are readily available.

Interested parties should know that General Motors is currently running its pickup truck and SUV plants at full capacity, including the GM Arlington Assembly facility that builds the Escalade in addition to the Chevrolet Tahoe, the Chevrolet Suburban and the GMC Yukon.

  1. When a company has to discount its’ product by $9,500, it means that the MSRP was too artificially high to begin with.

  2. Way to high a price. I have always owned a new Cadillac every 4 years. I set a top end rule in 2000. Once they exceeded $60,000.00 I stopped buying new. As a matter of fact the Escalade would be the only Cadillac I would buy today. The XT4 is not fitting to the name Cadillac, the XT5 lacks passenger space as does the CT4. The CT5 is just plain ugly. The XT6 is to small to be a Cadillac 6-7 passenger vehicle. They killed the CT6 and it was way over priced. The XTS was an over priced Buick LaCrosse. I bought the LaCrosse just as luxurious for a whole lot less. If I bought anything today it would be either a Buick Enclave or a used Escalade. Friday I looked at a Toyota Highlander. I must say while it may be a quality constructed vehicle the price is ridiculous and it has a lot of cheap mat black plastic trim. I even told the dealer my thoughts. But these manufactures no longer listen to the consumers voice that is why they fail the customer’s. I don’t know who is picking these vehicles and the prices but that is why they have sales problems.

  3. It says a lot when Cadillac can offer a $9500 drop in price for their Escalade and still turn a profit.

  4. When unsold vehicles sit on a lot it cost a lot of money. Most dealers pay interest/month/vehicle to GM unless they pay cash for them. If anything is maybe a break even point. Unloading old inventory is always a win win for everyone. How can you sell a 2020 and a 2021 Escalade next to one another when the price difference may be $1500 different? My sister just leased a 2020 XT5. A 2021 lease was $100 more a month for the exact vehicle so why bother.
