Make Your Own Chevy Bolt EV Using This Paper Model

Chevrolet has a fun new project for anyone who loves a little arts and crafts. The Bow Tie brand recently released the Papercraft Dream Garage, a series of paper models depicting some of its most popular vehicles, including the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette C8, and the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Now, there’s a new addition to garage – the 2020 Chevy Bolt EV.

Originally published in Chevy New Roads Magazine distributed to dealerships, the new Papercraft Dream Garage is now accessible online, giving anyone with a computer, printer, scissors, and adhesive a chance to build these popular Chevrolet vehicles from the comfort of their living room.

Simply download the template using this link, then print it out, cut it up, and glue or tape it together. Fans are also encouraged to stage a photoshoot using their new paper-based Chevy and post the result online using the hashtag #ChevyLove.

This 2020 Chevy Bolt EV paper model is based on the top Premier trim level, and can be downloaded in three different colors, including Cajun Red, Silver Ice Metallic, and Oasis Blue. The model comes with a ton of cool little details too, down to things like the charging port on the front fender.

“The joy of building a model of your favorite vehicle transcends age,” Chevy proclaims. “For kids and adults alike, it’s a way to exercise your right-brain creativity while getting in touch (literally!) with the design points of the cars, trucks, and SUVs you know and love. Now, thanks to our series of papercraft templates, you can fulfill that desire with some of the most iconic Chevrolet vehicles available today.”

As a reminder, the 2020 Chevy Bolt EV is the fourth model year of the first-generation nameplate, introducing an additional 21 miles of range with an estimated maximum range of 259 miles.
