2021 GMC Yukon Looks Stunning With These 22-Inch Accessory Wheels

The 2021 GMC Yukon made its debut in January with a complete re-engineering and redesign overhaul for the flagship SUV nameplate, ushering in a brand-new fifth generation. In addition to an all-new platform, a revised engine lineup, a new cabin, and a swath of cutting-edge tech features, the 2021 Yukon also features a brand-new exterior design. Now, we’re taking a closer look at this next-gen model, as equipped with a set of optional accessory wheels, proudly shown by its owner who posted the images on a GM SUV Facebook fan page.

The wheels in question are the 22-inch multi-spoke Gloss Black rollers, which are tagged with RPO code SGM. These wheels are priced at $2,995, and come as an accessory product shipped to and installed by the dealer, as opposed to installed at the factory when the vehicle is initially produced.

These 22-inch wheels look fantastic on the 2021 GMC Yukon, and come with a design that suggests a five-spoke layout that’s split into a multi-spoke arrangement. The spokes get a geometric shape that rise out of the bolt pattern in a set of hard angles, showing off that glossy black finish nicely. The wheel center cap proudly displays the GMC logo, finished in red.

The wheels are fitted to a 2021 GMC Yukon Denali, the range-topping trim in the Yukon lineup, which is characterized by a variety of polished chrome from tip to tail. The front end is dominated by a polished grille that sparkles against the Onyx Black paint covering the body panels, with Denali badging added to the doors. The chrome trim continues around the windows and along the roofline, as well as lower in the doors and into the rear hatch and lower rear bumper.

Chrome trim and black paint is a nice combo, no doubt about it, but with the plus-sized Gloss Black wheels added in the corners, the whole thing really pops.

As a reminder, the 2021 GMC Yukon rides on the GM T1 platform, and offers three engine options, including the naturally aspirated 5.3L L84 V8, the 6.2L L87 V8, and the 3.0L LM2 I6 turbo-diesel Duramax. Production takes place at the GM Arlington plant in Arlington, Texas.

  12. There is no polished chrome on the Denali. All the chrome is brushed/satin. I’ve been a happy Chevy truck guy my whole life but that stuck on nav. screen sent me to the GMC dealer. The Denali interior is stunning. From the integrated nav. screen to the baseball stitched leather seats if your going to spend 75g I would have to go
    GMC.

  14. I could think of a thousand better ways to spend 3 grand than these hideous black wheels. And that bumper less front end is going to be a disaster the second somebody taps it. Can you say 10’s of thousand in repairs.

  16. I don’t understand why gm is designing and tooling up for 6 SUV’s if you include Cadillac! Then you wonder why they are 80 grand or more ! Smarten up ! Get rid off the gmc name plate . Put all that fancy stuff in a high end Chevy. You don’t need 6 full size SUV’s

  17. The 2021 GMC Yukon looks stunningly different than it’s genetic peers like the new 2021 Cadillac Escalade and Chevrolet Suburban as it’s this distinctive cosmetic changes that will serve the three triplets because the last thing you want is having the Yukon look not much different than the Escalade or Suburban.
