Riding high and packing a punch under the hood, this custom 2017 Cadillac Escalade is like a supercharged high-rise apartment. Now, it’s up for sale.
Draped in black and studded with chrome accents, there’s no question that this 2017 Cadillac Escalade will turn more than a few heads. Helping it stand tall is an adjustable lift kit from Cognito Motorsports, plus a set of fully adjustable Fox Racing shocks front and back. The SUV rides on custom 22-inch billet wheels, with 37-inch Fuel off-road Gripper tires on deck for traction purposes.
It’s an impressive bit of kit, but it’s backed with plenty of muscle under the hood as well. Making the go is a supercharged stroker V8 engine from Texas Speed. Based on the 6.2L LT1 V8, the engine now displaces 418 cubic inches (6.8 liters) and throws down 750 horsepower. According to the listing, the setup is designed to “handle over 1,000 horsepower.”
Boost for this Cadillac Escalade comes from a 2.9L Whipple supercharger, which chills the charge via an air-to-water intercooler. The engine is equipped with LS7 pushrods and Mahle pistons, while CNC-ported cylinder heads, LT4 fuel injectors, and a Texas Speed Camshaft round it out.
Handling the cog swaps is an eight-speed automatic transmission, which was rebuilt with new clutches and an aftermarket converter. There’s also a custom driveshaft and new 4.10 gears.
The interior is nicely equipped as well, and sports a number of factory options. There’s a DVD entertainment system, heated and cooled front seats, heated mirrors, front and rear parking sensors, and a Premium Bose audio system with 16 speakers.
Despite all the upgrades, the listing claims this 2017 Cadillac Escalade is fully drivable and reliable enough for everyday use. Now, it’s listed for sale by 360 Exotics in Austin, Texas, at $68,988. The odometer shows just 8,663 miles on the clock, with a single previous owner.
