For the month of July 2020, a new GMC Sierra HD discount lowers the price of select models by $4,000. Notably, not all trim levels are included from the incentive, such as the all-new AT4. Interested shoppers should also know that General Motors has extended its special vehicle discounts for first responders and healthcare workers until September 30th, which began as the COVID-19 pandemic started to take its toll.
The Incentive
The nationwide GMC Sierra HD discount offers during the month of July 2020 are as follows:
- Featured 2020 Sierra HD Purchase Offer: $4,000 customer cash
- Applies to “most” next-generation models
- Excludes 2500HD AT4 models
- Applies to “most” next-generation models
Interested parties should also note that the above GMC Sierra HD discount offers appear to be applicable to both 2500HD and 3500HD models, and will expire after August 3rd, 2020.
For context, the GMC Sierra HD discount reduces the starting price of 2020 HD models to $34,595, for 2WD Regular Cab, Long Bed base models specifically.
As such, this month’s offer is a bit less worthwhile than last month’s discount, though more generous than the May’s discount and April’s incentives, as well as discounts made available in the first quarter of the year, including January’s 2020 Sierra HD discounts, the $2,000 deal in February, and March’s $3,000 discount. And while some of those offers were exclusive to current GM owners and lessees, this month’s discounts remain available to all buyers.
