Cadillac Live Does A Walkaround With The 2020 Cadillac CT4: Video

Cadillac launched its new Cadillac Live service last year, providing prospective buyers with a chance to check out new Cadillac vehicles and speak with a Cadillac representative, all via the web. The service is meant to provide the same experience as visiting a dealership, but from the comfort of home. Now, Caddy is providing a flavor of what a Cadillac Live session would entail in the following short video walkaround of a 2020 Cadillac CT4.

The video is under three minutes long, but goes over a wide variety of features that buyers may be interested in. The host for this particular video is Zane, who starts the video by talking about the basics, such as the various trim levels and the available engines. Later, Zane discusses the interior design, including some of the materials and technology features, as well as the infotainment system, and Bose audio system. The walkaround also provides a look at the 2020 Cadillac CT4’s various exterior features.

A real Cadillac Live session would not be a one-way conversation. Rather, the customer would be able to interact with the rep and ask questions along the way. The camera feed would only follow the Cadillac Live representative and look over the Cadillac vehicle in question, with the customer’s camera left off.

Customers can use Cadillac Live to check out the majority of the current Cadillac lineup, which, in addition to the Cadillac CT4, also includes the Cadillac CT5 and the 2021 Cadillac Escalade SUV.

While Cadillac Live has been a great way for customers to check out vehicles in comfort, the technology now takes on greater importance following the COVID-19 pandemic. Dealerships are seeing restrictions and limits placed on services, so this is a great way to learn about Cadillac vehicles without risking exposure to the virus.

Interested buyers are encouraged to check out Cadillac Live through the automaker’s website, where they can make an appointment for their own private session.

  1. Not much to complain about this car. I finally seen the ct5 in person and it looks better then I thought. The c pillar check mark didnt look that bad. Not sure which one is is the better car. Like the looks of the ct4 more for sure

  2. I’m waiting for one of the car magazines to do a head-to-head comparisons with the ATS which it replaces because one wonders did Cadillac sweat out the little glitches of the ATS with the CT4 or create new issues.

  3. I think it’s a fine car but for me it’s a downgrade from the ATS. The lack of the 3.6 V6 option means that I’ll never buy one. I wouldn’t trade my Premium Performance ATS even up for one.

    1. The 2.7 is essentially the replacement for the V6. I got to try it out in the CT4V and it’s really good. It only loses 10hp to the 3.6 but gains almost 100 lb-ft of torque. I have the ATS 2.0T Performance and it’s a proper bump up, even from the V6.
