2021 Envision Avenir Looks Good With Bronze Accents

Automotive styling trends can occasionally fall into some pretty well-worn grooves. For example, we see sporty models and sport trims levels across the industry taking on darker trim and black finishes, and in fact, Cadillac’s Y trim level strategy is one good example of this. Now, we’re noticed that bronze accents are one of the latest automotive trends to denote a luxury model or luxury trim level. As such, we’ve applied the high-class bronze treatment to an equally classy vehicle, the 2021 Envision Avenir, in the following exclusive rendering.
As you can see, we replaced all of the traditional chrome trim bits on the 2021 Envision Avenir with new bronzed trim bits. The result is an extra splash of color for the crossover that definitely gives it a special vibe all its own.
Compared side-by-side with the standard 2021 Envision Avenir, the changes become even more obvious.
The all-new 2021 Envision debuted in May as the second generation for the nameplate, once again slotting in between the Buick Enclave and Buick Encore / Encore GX in the brand’s lineup. Sales are expected to kick off early next year. The crossover will be called the Envision S in China. Production is set to take place at the Jinqiao plant in Shanghai, China. The Avenir will be the top trim level, with the rest of the lineup including the base-model Preferred, followed by Essence and Premium
Under the skin, the 2021 Envision is based on the E2 platform, which it shares with the Cadillac XT4 and sixth-gen Buick Regal variants. The new Envision will be joined by a three-row model called the Envision GX later on.

Bronze metallic accents might sell well in China; but it’s doubtful of how successful this type of tweaking will sell in the United States.
Depending on the color it looks great.
It looks good here in dark red and on black but I would not want it on a blue, silver or white.
But it is nice to see something different that no one else is really doing.
Note I just want to limit the trim to like what Buick has. I would not want a bronze Denali grille.
Imagine a Blackwing in Black with bronze trim. It is kind of a modern bandit.
Do I not get cred for calling this out on the article from a few weeks back? A user name DarkSky even replied to me with a much better photoshop than yours above.
Will somebody please ban this cry baby?
He wants credit for everything and cries like a whittle girl. Credit is overrated, and the world doesn’t revolve around you.
Just asking GMA to do their job with integrity, Marc. Critics make for improvement, change doesn’t happen organically, Marc.
You’re right… But it doesn’t bother me because their version looks worse, so I’m not sure I’d want credit for the above picture!
This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this happen on this site.
Your render was really great and I didn’t notice you had posted it until I went back to that article today. Nicely done, really adds an extra level of class the that Avenir trim, especially on that awesome deep red paint
Thank you. I went with more of a matte bronze look instead of reflective rose gold as seen above.
Yea that’s rose gold is horrid and far too bright
Well how refreshing… I don’t know what it will look like live but at least it’s not black with large wheels , or larger wheels and black or even larger wheels with Black trim on black, or …..well you get the gist…..
Bronze wheels would complete the look……perhaps something similar to what has shown up on the Cadillac CT-5 Blackwing prototypes?
How many hookers will it hold? Will the pimp hat be extra cost?
The bronze reminds me of a tarnished piece of silver. It’s OK, just not for me.
Produced in China. After what China did with covid-19 They can keep the Envision. Plenty of good vehicles produced elsewhere
Well that doesn’t bode well for the USA produced vehicles does it? Considering what we did with the COVID 19 virus.
But not everybody purchases vehicles based on such lame reasoning.
Reliability matters too. GM selected China because their work ethics in factories are just as good as Japan and South Korea. 2020 Envision is the last and final GM car with 2.5L I4 Ecotec and 6-speed automatic, which is rated very-high in reliability by Consumer Reports.
It helps two when the workers in China live in squalor, are paid slave wages, have zero rights in the workplace, and always have the oppression of a communist dictatorship hanging over their heads
It looks great and makes the Avenir even more distinctive from the competition.
Put chrome on the Envision that’s shiny, not dull and foggy, like whats on my 2017 Envision. Another iinterior color option like tan, would also be nice. The light interior is nice but hard to maintain.
Will be waiting a long time. I ordered the new 2021 Avenir Sept 22. They said it should be here by February or March but no guarantee.
