The all-new 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe offers a total of nine exterior colors, four which are new: Empire Beige Metallic, Graywood Metallic, Cherry Red Tintcoat, and Midnight Blue Metallic. Here’s our first look at the new Midnight Blue hue.
Assigned color code GLU and touch-up paint code WA-328E, Midnight Blue Metallic is the only blue hue available for the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe, though it can be said that Shadow Gray Metallic appears to have a bit of blue hue under natural lighting.
The new Midnight Blue Metallic is included in the base price of the 2021 Chevy Tahoe.
- Editor’s note: an earlier version of this article stated that Midnight Blue was a $495 option. We since updated it to reflect that the color is included in the base price of the 2021 Tahoe.
The color is available in conjunction with all trim levels and interior color combinations.
2021 Chevy Tahoe Trim Levels:
- LS (1LS)
- LT (1LT)
- RST (1SP)
- Z71 (2Z7)
- Premier (1LZ)
- High Country (3LZ)
2021 Chevy Tahoe Interior Color Combinations:
- Jet Black
- Dark Atmosphere with Ash Gray
- Jet Black with Victory Red
- Jet Black with Maple Sugar
- Jet Black with Mocha
Production of the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe will take place at the GM Arlington plant in Texas. Chevrolet previously confirmed that the 2021 Tahoe will go on sale midway through the 2020 calendar year, and despite complications caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the first units should start shipping in June. Expect the new 2021 Tahoe in the new Midnight Blue Metallic color to begin arriving at dealers shortly after production begins.
