Buick Enclave Discount Drops Price By $4,500 In May 2020

The featured, nationwide Buick Enclave discount offers for the month of May include a $4,500 cashback rebate for all models, while a second, separate offer provides qualified buyers with interest-free financing for a seven-year payment term.

Interestingly, Buick promotes both of the aforementioned offers for 2020 models, but a closer look reveals that the offer are actually applicable to remaining 2019 Enclave models as well. This is not the first time we’ve observed such an occurrence.

Incentives

Nationwide Buick Enclave discount offers during the month of May 2020 are as follows:

  • Featured Purchase Offer: $4,500 customer cash
  • Finance Offer: 0 percent APR for 84 months for all 2019 and 2020 Enclave models
  • Sign & Drive Lease Offer: $382 a month for 39 months
    • Applies to 2020 Enclave FWD Essence
    • Ultra-low mileage lease with 10,000 miles per year
    • $0 first month’s payment
    • $0 security deposit
    • $0 due at signing

Interested parties should note that the above offers will remain valid through June 1st, 2020. Furthermore, until June 30th, 2020, General Motors is offering special vehicle discounts for first responders and healthcare workers on the frontlines of the battle against the COVID-19 coronavirus.

For reference, here are the Buick Enclave MSRPs by trim level, $1,195 destination freight charge included:

2019

  • Essence FWD (1SL) – $43,195
  • Premium FWD (1SN) – $49,295
  • Avenir FWD (1SP) – $54,695
  • Essence AWD (1SL) – $45,195
  • Premium AWD (1SN) – $51,595
  • Avenir AWD (1SP) – $56,995

2020

  • Preferred FWD (1SD) – $41,195
  • Essence FWD (1SL) – $43,195
  • Essence AWD (1SL) – $45,195
  • Premium FWD (1SN) – $49,595
  • Premium AWD (1SN) – $51,995
  • Avenir FWD (1SP) – $54,995
  • Avenir AWD (1SP) – $57,295

Shoppers should note that this month’s offers are more generous than January’s offer, but slightly less worthwhile than the discount offered in February and much less generous than March’s offer. The deals are also seemingly identical to last month’s incentives.

It’s also worth noting that the headlining discount offers have been significantly less generous than those in the final quarter of 2019, including November’s 20 percent discount, which was the largest incentive offered for the nameplate during the 2019 calendar year. However, such rebates were only available for the previous model year – not the updated 2020 Enclave models.
