Although not considered a full-fledged mid-cycle enhancement / refresh, the 2021 Chevrolet Colorado is poised to bring a few noteworthy changes to the popular midsize pickup truck, including a slightly restyled front end, new tailgate lettering, the deletion of the base trim level, and a few other minor changes. In addition, GM Authority has now learned about three new 2021 Chevrolet Colorado packages that will be joining the lineup.
Though pictures of the truck equipped with these three new packages are currently unavailable, we do have complete details on what they include, as well as their availability. The three-digit alphanumeric code in parentheses is the GM RPO Code for either the package or feature.

Something for almost everyone.. Colorado Firestorm equipped with a 5.3L EcoTec L83 V8 making 355 hp and 10-speed transmission which would make the Colorado having a class leader in horsepower and torque.
You just don’t get it do you?
The Trail Runner is going away?
I mean can Bara give this truck a proper update already, and then fire the person responsible for these outdated packages from 2005, a chrome package, really?
I don’t even have to wonder but I know I could walk into GM day one and do a far better job at keeping their truck lines fresh and up to date. Their full-size line suffers from the same idiocy, but the Colorado has been left to wither away on the vine it looks like to me. How about baby steps gm, and put some #@@#@#@@# led headlamps in this thing for starters, what would that cost you @#@ots like 4 extra dollars per side? Simple items that could easily be added to this well over decade old design but no, lets add plastic chrome and horrible outdated blacked out packages that went out of style almost as long as this truck design has been on dealer lots!
Not even close to good enough GM, oh and look a 4k increase to boot for a 10 year old design!
