Chevrolet Offers Coloring Pages To Help Keep Kids Occupied During Pandemic

One difficult and potentially overlooked part of the pandemic is the added stress and strain put on parents of young children. Kids can feel pretty cooped up when they are forced to stay indoors and things like toys, television, video games and movies can only keep them occupied for so long.

General Motors may have a solution for those parents who are struggling to keep their kids entertained during the pandemic. The automaker’s Chevrolet brand has just released a series of coloring pages on its Pinterest page, which parents can print out to provide their kids with a fun activity to keep them busy while they are stuck inside.

The Chevrolet coloring pages include illustrations of the Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Silverado HD, Chevrolet Bolt EV, Corvette C8 and Corvette C8.R race car. For kids who aren’t interested in coloring in pictures of cars and trucks, there are also a number of printable Chevrolet activity pages. These include a “match the electrical connection” page, which challenges kids to match the appliance/automobile with its correct power source and a maze that challenges kids to navigate from GM’s Renaissance Center headquarters in downtown Detroit to a rural log cabin in the woods. There’s also a coloring page for the Corvette C8’s new crossed flags logo.

These coloring pages are one of many ways GM is trying to help during the pandemic. The automaker is also producing ventilator machines under a $490 million government contract, making face masks and other medical PPE in addition to offering zero-percent financing for up to  84 months on new vehicles for well-qualified buyers as well as discount programs for first responders and healthcare workers.
