Chevrolet Camaro Discount Offers $3,750 Off In March 2020

For the month of March 2020, a new Chevrolet Camaro discount offers $3,750 off the MSRP of any 2019 model for Ford Mustang owners. The Bow Tie brand has recently spent quite some time targeting Mustang drivers with recent incentives, including a $3,000 Camaro rebate in October, $5,500 discount in December, and $4,750 in February, all of which were restricted to current Ford Mustang owners and lessees.

It’s worth noting that Chevy is also offering a $1,750 cashback rebate on all 2019 Camaro models to all buyers.

Incentives

The nationwide Chevrolet Camaro discount offers for March 2020 are as follows:

  • Featured Conquest Offers: $3,750 conquest cash on 2019 models, or $3,250 on 2020 models
    • Must be a current owner or lessee of a Ford Mustang for at least 30 days prior to purchase.
    • Not available with lease and some other offers.
  • Featured Purchase Offers: $1,750 cash allowance on 2019 models, or $1,250 on 2020 models
    • Offer available to all buyers
  • Featured Finance Offer: 0 percent (interest-free) APR for up to 84 months on 2019 models
  • Featured Lease Offer: $349 monthly for 39 months
    • Applies to 2020 Camaro Coupe LT with an MSRP of $26,995
    • Available nationwide
    • Ultra low-mileage lease with 10,000 miles per year
    • For current lessees of 2015 model year or newer select GM vehicles:
      • $2,199 due at signing (after all offers)
      • $0 security deposit

To clarify, all of the above Chevrolet Camaro discount offers will expire after March 31st, 2020. Furthermore, we know that the first two offers can be combined, but we are not sure if the $1,750 cash allowance offer can be stacked on top of the first two. With that said, we recommend visiting your preferred dealer for more details.

For reference, here are the 2019 and 2020 Camaro trim levels and their corresponding starting MSRPs, $995 destination freight charge included:

2019

  • LS – $25,995
  • 1LT – $26,495
  • 2LT – $28,495
  • 3LT – $31,995
  • 1SS – $37,595
  • 2SS – $42,995
  • 1SE (ZL1) – $62,995

2020

  • 3LT – $32,495
  • LT1 – $34,995
  • 1SS – $37,995
  • 2SS – $42,995
  • 1SE (ZL1) – $62,995

The headlining $3,750 Chevrolet discount reduces the starting price of the 2019 Camaro to $22,245, and lowers the starting price of the range-topping ZL1 model to $59,245.

Known as conquest incentives, discounts like the one seen here are not uncommon in the automotive industry, as they are meant to sway owners of the competition into buying the a competing product. GM is hoping that this Camaro discount will attract a healthy amount of Mustang owners.

About Chevrolet Camaro

The Chevrolet Camaro is a family of sports cars that includes a two-door coupe and two-door soft-top convertible as well as various performance variants such as SS, 1LE, ZL1 and ZL1 1LE. The legendary nameplate was first introduced in 1966 and went out of production in 2002, when the model was in its fourth generation. The Camaro was re-introduced in 2009 as an all-new fifth-generation model based on the GM Zeta platform.

The Camaro is currently Chevrolet's most affordable sports car, slotting below the Chevrolet Corvette. The current model was introduced for the 2016 model year and represents the sixth generation of the Camaro nameplate. The model rides on the GM Alpha platform shared with the Cadillac ATS and Cadillac CTS, though the majority of the architecture underpinning the Camaro are unique to it.

The 2018 Chevy Camaro represents the third model year of the sixth-gen Camaro that deleted the Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition and the Krypton Green exterior color, while adding the ZL1 1LE Extreme Track Performance Package. There's also an expanded availability of the SS 1LE Track Performance Package, which is now available on the 2SS Coupe, as well as the addition of a washer fluid level sensor.

A midcycle refresh arrives for the 2019 model year that introduces new, model-specific front and rear styling, a new trim level structure for LT models that adds a new 3LT trim, and a new 1LE track performance package for the 2.0L Turbo LTG engine. The 2019 Camaro also brings the new GM 10-speed automatic transmission for SS models, the Rear Camera Mirror, third-generation infotainment systems, and various other enhancements.

The gen six Chevy Camaro is assembled for all markets by GM USA at the GM Lansing Grand River plant in Lansing, Michigan, USA.

  1. Why should I go and buy a Camaro when you’re offering Mustang owners more money to trade in their cars. I just don’t understand their reasoning. Give the loyal Gm owners the same offer.

    1. Hell it is worse than that. They don’t have to TRADE in the Mustang. They just have to own or lease one. This has been and still is an insult to loyal GM owners !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. That’s always bothered me and I have never understood why Howard. Why not offer life time loyal customers the same discounts. As a kid, I owned other brands, but for the past 45 years I have been a loyal GM customer and there have been nothing but GM brands in my driveway and garage.

  3. The Mustang rebate sucks and has always sucked. GM has no clue on what this does to marketing this car.

  4. God bless America as it’s a GREAT time to even consider buying a car like the Chevrolet Camaro especially in places like Kentucky where the price of gas is just $0.99 (ninety-nine cents) per gallon as this is cheaper than the price of gas in Saudi Arabia or Iran.

Only with Donald Trump as POTUS can you pull into a Kentucky gas station, grab a tank of gas and pay with a $20.00 bill and get change.
