For the month of March 2020, a Chevrolet Blazer discount reduces the cost of select models by $3,000. The offer isn’t necessarily significant, and is actually less generous than last month’s $5,290 discount as well as January’s $4,000 offer.
Up until the first months of 2020, Chevrolet Blazer discount offers at the retail level were even more conservative than the current offers. The first incentive Chevy rolled out for the crossover SUV was a $2,000 discount back in April. The Bow Tie brand has since increased its offerings for the Blazer, including the $2,750 discount in September.
The Incentive

About Chevrolet Blazer
The Chevrolet Blazer is a mid-size crossover utility vehicle (CUV). It is currently Chevrolet's second-biggest CUV, slotting between the compact Chevrolet Equinox and full-size Chevrolet Traverse. The current model was introduced for the 2019 model year and represents the fifth generation of the Blazer nameplate, which dates back to 1969. The model rides on the regular-wheelbase variant of the GM C1 platform shared most directly with the second-gen GMC Acadia and first-gen Cadillac XT5. The long-wheelbase variant of the same platform is shared with the Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, and Cadillac XT6.
The 2019 Blazer flaunts attention-grabbing exterior design, seamlessly integrated customer-focused technologies and superb functionality. Many of the exterior and interior design elements are borrowed from the sixth-generation Camaro.
The 2019 Blazer range consists of four trim levels, including the base L, three mid-tier Blazer trim levels (consisting of three LT trims), the sporty Blazer RS and the range-topping Blazer Premier trim. New technology offered on the 2019 Blazer includes capless fuel fill, HID headlights, LED daytime running lights, and a Cargo Management System.ÂÂ
Under the hood are two engine options: the base 2.5L I4 LCV and the optional 3.6L V6 LGX. Both motors are mated to the GM 9-speed automatic transmission. Pricing starts at the $29,995.
The Chevrolet Blazer is built at the GM Ramos Plant by GM Mexico.

Ok , maybe I,m having a brain fart , but the photo of the Blazer at the beginning of the article , the Blazer has Red striped wheels and mirrors with like a red shadow on the decal on the door . What trim level is that ?
I’m starting to see more of these on the road now , they definitely stand out in the Sea of lookalike crossovers .
As winter looses it’s grip on us I think sales will increase and the rebate will just add to it .
That’s the Redline edition. It’s limited to certain exterior colors and only on LT models.
to expensive for what you get 50k+ slow seller but GM must be happy with the profit anyway. do not like the 9 speed trans. co-designed with ford but ford took a pass on using it hmm. stop/start feels like it does a neutral drop must not be good for driveline. heard there is a motorcycle size battery that runs the system disconnecting it disables the system
The 10-speed was the shared transmission. I am not sure what you mean about neutral drop with start/stop. Was that a golf cart you are talking about?
9 speed was also but ford took a pass on putting it into production something in testing must have scared them maybe they learned there lesson after the focus/fiesta trans. debacle. I drove the sales managers blazer when my silvy was in for service and I thought they were going to blame me for screwing up the trans. until I figured out what was going on the sales manager laughed he knew what it feels like. take one for a test drive. It rode decent on the rough roads around here and the panoramic cameras are trick but not 52k+ trick and thats not fully loaded no wonder why they cant sell them. stopped and seen guy who sold me my silvy and he said they ordered 4 and sold zero in 6 months and they are aggressive there not the type top dollar or go elsewhere.
I read that they were selling pretty good though not necessarily the loaded ones. A co-worker bought one though a lower trim.
You can buy a module online for the engine compartment to override the start/stop system if you choose. I saw them priced at $130 if I recall.
I would not use those devices on vehicles under warranty was told they can tell you were using them and silly as it sounds use that to deny claims heard they have a motorcycle size battery that runs that system if you disconnect I guess you could play stupid.
I havent seen any of these and think its to expensive, I mean loaded this is $50K? Seriously.. that said I think they sold like 49K units in 2019 which is actually pretty impressive… especially as this platform is the same one GM uses for everything it makes practically…..
Xjug, with the equipment that comes on it that is comparable to other manufacture offerings. I agree, auto pricing is kind of shocking nowadays as they say the average car price is now $37,000.
