We already covered the Callaway SC560 package for the GMTK2XX Chevrolet Tahoe and GMC Yukon, but the supercharged upgrade kit is also available for the extended-wheelbase versions of the popular full-size SUVs.
Predictably, the SC560 package for the Chevrolet Suburban is exactly the same as the Tahoe package. A Callaway supercharger, high-flow intake and high-flow exhaust add 140 horsepower and 103 pound-feet of torque to the stock 6.2L L86 V8’s output of 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, giving the big ‘Burb a whopping 560 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 553 pound-feet of torque at 3,800 rpm.
Callaway also offers a similar SC480 upgrade package for the 5.3L L83 V8-powered Suburban SC480 package, which is good for 480 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 477 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 rpm. As a reminder, the stock 5.3 V8 is good for 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque.
Both packages also come with Callaway interior and exterior badging, Callaway-branded key fobs, Callaway premium floor mats and a numbered underhood plaque. The company has a number of other upgrade packages available as well, such as a ‘Le Mans’ big brake package, a handling package and a rough terrain package.
Callaway’s two upgrade kits are available with all Chevrolet Suburban trim levels and can be installed on both RWD and 4WD models. As we pointed in previous Callaway articles, Callaway-tuned cars retain the full factory warranty and also come with the company’s own three-year / 36,000-mile powertrain warranty. Those who want more coverage can get a 5-year / 60,000-mile warranty for an additional cost, too.
Callaway-tuned GM vehicles can also be ordered directly from GM dealerships. The SC560 package is available to order now.

Sam again you leave out the price?
Are these just advertising or are they stories?
Very nice. But!!!!! The price will put it out of reach for the “average” family. This kind of toy is designed for the guy with more $ than the ability to build it himself. Nice too look at, impossible to own. Just sayin’.
I kind of think that this wasn’t designed to haul a family, Lol. An average family would be better off with they base version.
They haul families just not average families.
See GM overbuilding cars for rich people.
You got it! GM has to get back to what “brought them to the dance”. For years, Chevy was the working class auto maker. Now that Olds, and Pontiac are gone, GM has turned Chevy into the second tier brother to Caddy. Please, bring back the average Joe GM auto market. Cost effective, affordable Chevys. Just sayin’
You guys realized it’s a turner version that what you can buy at dealers, not a total factory vehicle. This been done for decades ( Firehawk, Yenko, Hurst, Saleen, Mopar…)
