Callaway Cars is bringing the heat with its latest SC560 performance upgrade kit for the Chevrolet Tahoe. The kit adds a serious dose of firepower under the hood, throwing an extra 140 ponies and 103 pound-feet of torque on top of the stock 6.2L L86 V8’s 420 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque, resulting in a maximum output of 560 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 553 pound-feet of torque at 3,800 rpm.
As you may have guessed from the “SC560” name, the heart of the kit is Callaway’s proprietary third-generation supercharger system, which is complemented by a TripleCooled intercooler system, Honker high-flow intake, and free-flowing exhaust.
The Callaway Chevrolet Tahoe SC560 kit also comes with carbon fiber dress-up bits for the engine, branded floor mats, sill plates, and key fobs, new badging inside and out, and an under-hood build plaque and documentation.
If your Chevrolet Tahoe happens to have the 5.3L L83 V8, Callaway has a supercharger kit for your ride as well, boosting output to 480 horsepower at 6,200 rpm and 477 pound-feet of torque at 4,000 rpm. For reference, stock output from the L83 is rated at 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque.
The kits are available on 2018, 2019, and 2020 model years for the Chevrolet Tahoe, including the LT, LTZ, Premier, and RST trim levels. Both RWD and 4WD drivetrains are compatible. The kits are also compatible with GM’s other K2-platform SUVs, including the GMC Yukon and Cadillac Escalade.
Critically, the supercharger kit still retains the full GM factory warranty at any Chevrolet dealer in the U.S. or Canada, and even comes with Callaway’s three-year / 36,000-mile limited warranty, which overlaps with the factory warranty. That ain’t too shabby considering the considerable power boost offered with this supercharger kit.

Do people drag race SUV’s at the track? Maybe this what the kids like these days, but it seems odd to make a performance vehicle out of something that’s shaped like a bus.
Please post the price. A couple years ago this was $99k per a TV show that tested one.
6.2 SC sounds like music to my ears…
lol
I would like to install one on my 2015 GMC Sierra 5.3 Instead of buying a Sierra diesel. But apparently it is offered from 2018 to 2020 units. I think Edelbrock or Magnuson offers a supercharger for a 5.3 Sierra.
