For the month of March 2020, Cadillac XT4 discount offers include a cashback rebate for 2019 and 2020 models as well as a combined financing and cash rebate incentive for 2020 models. It’s worth pointing out the fact that January was the first month in which Cadillac began incentivizing 2020 XT4 models.
This month’s incentives are slightly more generous than recent offers. For instance, a Cadillac XT4 discount in August included interest-free financing plus $1,000 APR cash, and an identical discount was offered in December. Meanwhile, this month’s combined offer includes a much larger rebate of up to $5,500.
What’s more, like in February, this month also sees 0 percent interest rates, but this was not always the case, as earlier discounts offered low-interest financing rather than being entirely interest-free.

Take the base price, add destination and .07% tax and the Sport is just about $45K. With the $5000 incentive its $39,709.95 which if this was the normal price, I think these would be moving in real numbers… Then you add any other options to the price….
Just because its in a segment with other products that are priced here doesn’t make this vehicle worth its asking price. GM is cheap and greedy thus they’re losing customers, market share and profits.
I test drove the xt4 at cady dare to drive event. The XT4 was nice but not for the price they were asking. Not even close. The sport model was worth $35 k at best. Drove the top of the line with surround view monitor, nice car but way over priced
Cadillac still hasn’t gotten the notice that just because there’s a shield on the grill that it can demand a higher price . The XT4 is a good car but start adding a few extra safety features and the price is more than people want to pay.
It’s the same old story sell at high TAP`s and don’t worry about volume.
Exactly… the formula: put out an ehh vehicle, price it at market or above, then incentivize the heck out of it… if it doesn’t sell, kill it, say the market doesn’t want this vehicle and move on to the next pathetic effort.
GM needs to provide SUPERIOR VALUE to customers, and I’d say 5 year bumper to bumper warrantys… GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS more than their money’s worth and they’ll come back… YOU aint the GM of the 60’s or 70’s or even the 80’s… FIRE THE ENTIRE GM Sr Mgt Team as well….
