Cadillac Live Showroom Adds 2021 Cadillac Escalade

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade has been added to the Cadillac Live virtual online showroom.

Cadillac Live is essentially a Cadillac dealership that you can only visit online. Customers can make an appointment with a representative, who is equipped with a headset mic and a handheld camera. The rep can tour them around the studio and show them the latest Cadillac vehicles and their various features, giving them a dealership experience from the comfort of their own home. The Cadillac Live showroom is located in a film studio and features a constantly rotating ensemble of the latest Cadillac products.

“Part personal shopper, part interactive digital showroom, Cadillac Live offers buyers the ability to conveniently learn about and view the new 2021 Escalade from anywhere,” the automaker said in a press release.

One major benefit of Cadillac Live is that it receives the latest Cadillac products before real-world retail storefronts do. This allows customers to view the vehicle and learn about its features, even if it won’t arrive at their local dealership for a few months or so. Dealerships have also been using Cadillac Live to train sales reps who may not be familiar with inbound Cadillac products, though the brand has said it plans to launch a similar purpose specifically for training purposes so Cadillac Live remains a customer-facing service only.

Those looking to connect with a Cadillac Live rep to learn about the 2021 Cadillac Escalade can set up an appointment via the automaker’s website. Cadillac Live reps are online between 9 AM and 1 AM EST Monday through Thursday, 9 AM to 9 PM EST on Fridays, and 11 AM to 7 PM EST Saturday through Sunday. The service is available in all 50 states and is a complimentary service free of any purchase obligations.

The 2021 Cadillac Escalade is expected to arrive at GM dealers in the United States in mid-to-late 2020.

  5. @ Akex…you’re very correct. The 2021 Escalade headlights and the daytime running lights doesn’t look great compared to the fading out Escalade. They made a mistake. I’m seriously considering switching to Navigator. However I love the 2021 Escalade interior.
