1955 Chevrolet 3100 Panel Truck Up For Sale

This classic 1955 Chevrolet 3100 Panel Truck looks the business thanks to a tasteful selection of modern touches that give it a more comfortable appeal, but without dampening the old-school aesthetic. Now, it’s up for sale.

Outside, this Chevrolet panel truck’s tall, broad proportions look great in the rich black paint, which covers the truck’s classic curves from tip to tail. The lines are enhanced further by polished chrome trim bits, while the fenders house chrome 15-inch wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich tires. There’s even a trailer hitch in back, adding to the truck’s utilitarian demeanor even further.

The cabin space includes more black and chrome for the dash and controls, while the upholstery and bench seating gets a two-tone brown treatment. The rear compartment is also nicely finished in the color, and the application is simple and stylishly restrained.

Power disc brakes at all four wheels and power steering help to make it all easier to drive, while the painted tilt steering column holds a leather-wrapped steering wheel. This Chevrolet 3100 Panel Truck also comes with aftermarket air conditioning, an AutoMeter gauge cluster, and electric windshield wipers. A Pioneer stereo with AM/FM radio, CD player, and auxiliary input provides the tunes.

Meanwhile, motivation is sourced from a Goodwrench Small Block crate engine. The 350 cubic-inch V8 is topped by an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and exhales through a dual exhaust system. This Chevrolet 3100 Panel Truck sends power to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission, with a Lokar floor shifter on deck to select the drive mode. A 10-bolt rear end finishes it off.

Final touches include a Griffin aluminum radiator and electric fan to keep the ‘eight nice and chilly.

Now, this 1955 Chevrolet 3100 Panel Truck is listed for sale at $42,900.
