New 2017 Cadillac ATS Sedan For Sale At North Carolina Dealer

The Cadillac ATS was produced between 2012 and 2019 as both a four-door sedan and a two-door coupe. The ATS was indirectly replaced by the Cadillac CT4, but new examples of the ATS are still available on dealer lots, as evidenced by this new 2017 Cadillac ATS sedan up for grabs at a dealer in North Carolina.

This 2017 Cadillac ATS sedan is offered in the mid-range Luxury trim level, and comes covered in Crystal White Tricoat paint. The classy exterior styling is highlighted by bright chrome trim bits, including a Galvano chrome-accented grille treatment. Chrome is also found around the windows (otherwise known as daylight openings, or DLO), while the glass receives a dark tint that does well to offset the bright exterior panels.

The moldings and rocker panels are also finished in the body color. In the corners, we find large 18-inch forged and polished alloy wheels, which look good thanks to a multi-spoke design that fills the wheels arches nicely.

Moving into the cabin, the ATS sports leather upholstery finished in Jet Black with Jet Black accents, with Brushed Aluminum Trim adding a little extra flash to the mix. A 5.7-inch Driver Information Center display keeps tabs on the important numbers, and there’s an onboard navigation system as well, all while Bluetooth streaming keeps the smartphone connected as needed. This 2017 Cadillac ATS sedan also comes with the Cold Weather Package, which includes heated driver and front passenger seats, and a heated steering wheel rim as well.

With regard to the mechanical bits, this Cadillac ATS is running the turbocharged 2.0L LTG inline four-cylinder gas engine, which mates to an eight-speed automatic transmission to drive the rear wheels. Output is rated at 272 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Brembo front brakes haul it all down.

Now, this 2017 Cadillac ATS Sedan is listed for sale at Randy Marion Cadillac in Mooresville, North Carolina, for $36,414. That’s a savings of $4,821 off the original MSRP of $41,235.

  1. That is no deal! There is a used one exactly like that one except with AWD, at least I did not see it mentioned in the description. With only 14,000 miles with a asking price of $19,500.

  2. So in other words, you can buy this brand new 2017 fairly well loaded ATS or you can order the more basic 2020 CT4 (base car with Bose and heated seat package) with an MSRP about the same as the “selling” price of this car. Then take discount and/or rebate from the CT4 (if any), and your selling price would be less than this 2017.

    Which one would you buy?

This looks like a very nice car, but I’d take the all new CT4 for less.

    1. Meaning it only has 2 years left on the bumper to bumper warranty.

  5. Original price of $41,000 but no LED headlamps or even DRLs…no wonder this car stopped selling.

It’s blast to drive but was way over priced for what you get. Glad they corrected the pricing with the CT4

  6. Decent discount? Maybe if it was February of 2017.

  7. That isn’t enough of a discount on a now 3 model year old car.

Trade in is about $20,000 on a 17 ATS Luxury.

  8. If the price is right as the 2017 Cadillac ATS sedan is probably capable of outperforming the new 2020 Cadillac CT4 given that the 2017 Cadillac ATS’s 2.0L DOHC-4v 4-cyl turbo makes 37 hp more than the current 2020 Cadillac CT4 and approaches the performance of the 2020 CT4-V which has a 309 hp 2.7L 4-cyl turbo.

  9. If you are interested in this car, call Randy Marion Chevrolet Statesville and ask for Jerry in new car sales. You probably can get this car for about 10K off of the 41K MSRP. I live about a mile from this dealership and have bought several cars from them and know most everyone there.
