This New 2018 Cadillac ATS-V Coupe Is Still For Sale At Dealer In Hawaii

Anyone in the market for a brand-new Caddy two-door with plenty of power and three pedals is in luck, as we recently came across this 2018 Cadillac ATS-V Coupe listed for sale at a dealer in Hawaii with just a few miles on the clock.

For those who may be unaware, the Cadillac ATS-V arrived for the 2016 model year, and although production ended just a few years later in 2019 following the ATS’ indirect replacement by the Cadillac CT4, the ATS-V still has just the right setup for buyers that want a heady mix of luxury and performance.

Outside, the Cadillac ATS-V rocks a number of aggressive V-Series aesthetic changes, such as a new front end complete with a unique fascia, mesh grille,  and vented hood. Wider fenders, 18-inch wheels, and new rocker moldings complete the profile, while a unique rear fascia and spoiler finish off the rear. This particular example is covered Satin Steel Metallic paint, which was added as new to the ATS-V lineup for the 2018 model year.

Moving into the cabin, we find this 2018 Cadillac ATS-V outfitted with Jet Black leather seating, as well as 18-way adjustable front bucket seats. Tech features include Bluetooth wireless streaming, Front and Rear Park Assist, a Rear Vision Camera, head-up display, and 5.7-inch color driver information display.

Making it all move is the twin-turbo 3.6L LF4 V6 engine, which is tuned to produce as much as 464 horsepower and 445 pound-feet of torque. The muscle is sent exclusively to the rear wheels thanks to a six-speed manual transmission, while Brembo brakes with a Dark Gold finish and Magnetic Ride Control round out the hard bits.

It’s a sweet setup, that much is for sure, and now, it’s available at Jim Falk Motors of Maui for $68,870.

  1. car and driver isn’t impressed with the ct5

not worried about what they say about performance.

but the interior … “The bigger issue is that the CT5’s cabin just doesn’t look or feel luxurious or special.”

and it gets worse “This would be a good interior in a Chevy Malibu, but it’s not good enough for a Cadillac.”

i think this pretty much reinforces my belief that the hyundai genesis brand has surpassed cadillac.

      1. Is he wrong? Cadillac, BMW , Mercedes, Audi and Lexus should never be in the same conversation as a Hyundai brand, but here we are. The Genesis brand is doing everything to surpass those listed above, and through many objective journalist reviews has already surpassed Cadillac in cabin luxury, fit and finish.

I am a fan of Cadillac and Chevrolet, but with the current “new” GM leadership, it appears to have they have returned to the “old” GM ways of cost cutting and “good enough” products. Unfortunately for that way of thinking, new and even older generations of luxury brand owners don’t accept that logic.

        1. Wow, insults!. The Kia kreep comes to a GM site and trolls here until everyone’s buys Kim Jung Un’s BS, can’t make this stuff up. Just as bad as the Ford fools here.

          1. people like you are why gm went from dominating the US market to struggling to compete.

you kept their head in the sand when the japanese came and now you are doing it with the koreans.

hyundai’s genesis brand has been around five short years and they’ve done more with it than the feckless and rudderless leadership at cadillac has done over twenty.

  2. That gauge cluster is just brutally bad for a $70,000 car.

  3. Does anyone else other than me see the reason this brand new 2018 is still up for sale? My guess is the “three pedals” is what hurts it most. Yes, a high performance car would have been laughed at with an automatic years ago. But that was then, this is now.

    2. being in Hawaii doesn’t help either

  4. One has to think the dealership should consider doing some type of trade with a mainland dealership as the odds of selling the ATS-V in Hawaii is difficult and will continue to get difficult as the car sits and ages.

    1. Granted, this car should never have been sent to Maui in the first place, (If you’ve driven there you know why) but where’s the sales incentive for either dealership when shipping charges for two cars are included? (Shipping vehicles as a swap in both directions don’t cancel the shipping charges out.)

Besides, the V is already marked up from the original shipping charge, so that’s another loss to be factored in for the selling dealership when they ordered the car.

Best to just dump the car at a loss on Maui and chalk it up to a colossal Dealership Buyer mistake.

  5. Plus, its on Maui. Limited audience. At least on Oahu, there is a slightly better chance.
