Here’s A Breakdown Of The 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer’s Lighting

Back in November, at the 2019 Los Angeles Auto Show, General Motors pulled the sheets on the 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, giving it the spotlight for its big U.S. debut. The new crossover slots in between the subcompact Chevrolet Trax and compact Chevrolet Equinox in Chevy’s crossover portfolio, and features styling that draws a good deal of inspiration from the Chevrolet Blazer. As such, the new Trailblazer sports a variety of lighting elements, especially up front. Now, we’re taking a closer look at what each trim level offers customers in terms of illumination, both up front, and in back.

To note, we previously revealed the entire 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer trim level structure back in December, as Chevy only unveiled two trims at the vehicle’s debut. The lineup includes five trim levels, which are listed from base to range-topping as:

• L
• LS
• LT
• ACTIV
• RS

As for the lighting, let’s start in front, where we find three individual elements – daytime running lamps, headlamps, and fog lamps. Both halogen and LED elements are on offer here, with halogen headlamps offered as standard across the lineup, and LED headlamps offered higher in the range in conjunction with the optional Technology Package (RPO code CWN). Signature LED daytime running lamps are also standard across the range, while LED fog lamps are standard higher in the range.
